Welcome to our rustic Carriage House! This unit is a fully equipped 2 bedroom one bath mother-in-law unit that offers 900 square feet of living space with a washer and dryer down stairs. Each spacious bedroom has a queen size bed. Cable TV and wireless internet available. This is a gated property, with parking for two vehicles 20 feet from the front door. Unit is located upstairs via an indoor staircase. Linens, towels and beach towels provided. BBQ available. Enjoy your BBQ and dine outdoors under your private gazebo behind the unit. There is a $50 fee for lost/unreturned gate opener. Keyless, contactless entry. Welcome!

Just what we wanted...

We loved our stay, it was exactly what we wanted. The host was great and accommodating. The only suggestion we have would be a pantry cabinet or something like that. We like to "move in" at our rentals, and didn't really have room for our food in the cabinets, so we kept most of our food in one of our travel boxes. Not a huge deal, wouldn't keep us from coming back.

Don’t ever stay with these people they are rude and untrustworthy

I Wasn’t even in property for 1 hour and my daughter took pain medication the property owners left on night stand than was told by property owners they were giving me my refund in full. And they only gave half my money also gave them $190 cash also that they kept. also says it’s apartment but owners are feet away also there’s a sauna in bottom part that can’t be used! This place was horriable please don’t stay here and owners are rude they were yelling at there grandkids the whole hour I was there also Vrbo who supposed to back your money denied giving me a refund.

Regrettably this person is deeply disturbed. My husband did a walk through with them prior to taking occupancy to explain everything. There was no medication on the nightstand or anywhere else. She is deeply troubled. We were very concerned about her safety, she and her husband were fighting in the driveway incessantly. She originally booked for one person, changed it to three and then four showed up. It saddens us that she is being so untruthful about our place which is warm, inviting, pet friendly and contrary to what she wrote, the sauna works just fine. We refunded half of her money against our refund policy, because of the domestic issues they were having. We seriously thought she would be harmed if we didn't. No good deed goes unpunished apparently. Wishing Ashley the best for the future.

Quiet setting amazing location

Nicely finished apartment above unattached garage. No issues or disturbances from the owners next door. Excellent location with very hospitable hosts.

My husband and I live on the property, and semi- retired. We have two older dogs that are very friendly and chickens that free range. We are available to answer questions or help with places to visit, restaurants, etc. We have brochures in the unit, but they don't cover everything that Sandpoint has to offer. This is a great place to visit.

Our property is fairly remote so it is quiet, but it does not take long to get to Pack River Restaurant (great food!) and General Store - approximately 5 miles down the road. We are close to Lake Pend Oreille and downtown Sandpoint where there are many wonderful places to shop and eat. World class skiing at Schweitzer Mountain in the winter is close by. A shuttle is available at the base of the mountain.

Sandpoint is a quaint town located 45 minutes north of Coeur D'Alene. Bonner's Ferry and Priest Lake are a short drive away too, other jewels in Northern Idaho for you to enjoy. Our property is quiet and comfortable with free Wi-Fi and streaming services.
