Beautifully updated (Summer 2021) one bedroom one bathroom condo. New floors, paint, shower, counter tops, ceiling fans. New solid wood bedroom set. Modern, clean, with all the comforts of home. It has a (California) king bed and a queen air mattress so it can sleep up to 4. Designated parking stall. Beach gear including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards included.

The space is amazing. Sandpiper is a favorite of myself and my friends. This rental is lovely, well stocked, and offers a great place to call home while you adventure and experience the beauty that Kauai has to offer! Bonus is having Foodland a short drive away! Robyn is a wonderful host, and is very responsive when you need to get ahold.

The condo was very nice amd the pool was clean and warm. We loved all the beach accessories. We were here for a week and would recommend. The only reason for the 4 Stars is that it is on a busy road and Friday and Saturday night there was late noisy traffic. We are early to bed light sleepers. So if you are not, this place is absolutely perfect. .

The Sandpiper Condo was a great place to stay. The location was perfect for our needs. Nice neighborhood to walk around in. The condo was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Robyn was prompt in replying to messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice spot and area

Perfect location to stay, and easy to get anywhere on the north side from here. We didn’t use the property much but the pool looked nice and the home was clean and had everything we needed!

Awesome vacation spot

We stayed here for a few days as part of our 2 week tour of Hawai'i. Out of the 5 places we stayed, this was our favorite! It was easy to access the condo on the ground floor. The area was spacious. The shower was nice as was the outdoor area. We made use of the laundry machines and beach gear especially the boogie boards. Overall we had an excellent stay and recommend this place for any trip on the north coast.

Cosy, convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedroom and nice shower. The location was convenient to our favourite beach at Hanalei Bay.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment which I can highly recommend. Everything as advertised. Very clean, high quality appliances. Would definitely book this apartment again.

We had a very short stay here but it was wonderful! 2 of us stayed on the air mattress and it was comfortable.

Beautiful location!

This was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. If I had one negative it would just be some standard supplies were not available (seasonings like Salt and pepper) but this was extremely minor and in no way effected our stay.

Great small family condo

Nice 1 bedroom condo. Clean. Nice pool/hot tub area enjoyed by us and our kids. Big comfortable bed in primary bedroom. Very clean, beautiful bathroom. Would stay here again.

Perfect set up!

This condo was just what we needed for our family of four. A couple beach chairs, umbrella, cooler were used every day! We cooked most of our dinners at the condo and used the bbq grills at the pool too. The road is a little noisy but was expected. We loved the birds and trees in the wind. Plenty of fans to keep the temperature down. Thank you! Thank you! We love the Princeville area and surrounding beaches and fun!! Can’t wait to come again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in the Princeville area and the condo was just what we needed. Nicely updated, clean, with lot's of amenities including everything you need for beach days. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool nearly every day in the morning before starting out exploring for the day. It's nice that they are so close to the condo. Very quiet complex, especially in the evening.

Perfect north shore location!

This was the perfect spot for our three night stay on the north shore of Kauai. The location is perfect close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay - beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, etc. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Robyn went above and beyond to quickly get us back in! Thank you for everything we highly recommend this place for a stay of any length of time!

Hi, I was born and raised in Hawaii, between Oahu and Kauai. I am a mom to three amazing kids who keep me very busy. We sold our home in Kauai, purchased this condo as a rental, and moved to Arizona for a lower cost of living and more opportunities for the kids.
