Summary:

Superb fully air-conditioned apartment located in the center of Paris in the 1st arrondissement, a few steps from Rue de Rivoli known for its many lively shops and restaurants. You are surrounded by trendy cafes and restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the Marais, the Beaubourg Center and the banks of the Seine. Bright, warm, tastefully decorated and fully equipped.



The Space:

65m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator

- 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 of which each have their own bathroom and toilet

- A fully equipped American kitchen

- A magnificent living room with television and wifi



The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

Great Location!

Great stay due to ideal location and generous bedrooms and bathrooms. The communication with the staff was excellent and they were very responsive. Entry into the building was easy and efficient.

Tres bien!

Lovely stay! Location was very convenient for museum hopping and enjoying local cuisine. Understand that the owner is not on site—the management office is in another part of the city—but communication was very clear and property was extremely clean and comfortable.

Excellent location

Good place for a family to stay in the center of Paris. Very nice to have laundry facilities included, and nice to have a small elevator. Easy to walk to Saint Chapelle and Notre Dame, as well as the Louvre. Metro very close too.

The apartment is as advertised. The location is excellent. There is some noise from the bar below, but it was not a big issue for us. Both bathrooms are ensuite, so the people using the third bedroom must walk though another bedroom to get to a bathroom. Having AC and a washer/dryer was great. The beds are comfortable. The instructions provided were excellent explaining how to get into the apartment and how to use the appliances. The rug and carpet are a little more worn than shown in the picture.

Excellent Location In City

If you want to walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame and have a ton of dinner and bar options, this is a great place! The Owner was very responsive and helpful. The photos are accurate and the bathrooms were very clean. Some additional things to consider are the entry which is a bit scary and run down, but something you will get used to. Also the unit is in a building with a nightclub, so you can feel the music until 5am. It didn't bother me, but some of my group noticed it. Finally, the windows don't overlook the street. We didn't think this would be an issue, but it was something our group greatly missed. If you are looking for location, this is the place.

The positive for our stay at this VRBO was the location. Other than the nightclub that is right below and that pounds music until 5 AM on the weekends.It was listed as a three bedroom two bath however the third bedroom was a mattress between two walls, and you had to crawl into it from the front of the mattress to get into bed.The bathrooms had no hooks to hang your wet towels so you have six people with six sets of towels and nowhere to hang them. The front door could be replaced as it looks like someone took a crowbar to it a few times the rug could be replaced in the living room.I know it’s supposed to have 70s vibe, but it could use a little bit of updating.
