Sea Esta is a beautiful home located on the 2nd row in the Gulf Shores subdivision. This luxurious home is beautifully decorated. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances that will have you cooking like a gourmet chef! To stream your favorite TV shows or movies, you will need to enter the password information to connect to the WI-FI. You will want to unplug and enjoy the fabulous beach views from the deck while drinking your favorite beverages. There is outdoor furniture seating to accommodate everyone! You will find two bedrooms, each with double queen beds, on the main level, connected to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom. On the upper level, you will find a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Also on the upper level is the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to a private deck. On the ground level, you will find a charcoal pit to grill your favorite meals or fresh catch of the day! The beach is just a step or two away! You also have access by vehicle or golf cart. For washing off all the sandy fun, there is an enclosed shower located behind the garage that requires the house key to unlock.
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will work during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
