Just a short walk or drive from the water, this home 2,268-square-foot home features plenty of furnished deck space and comfy hideaways to help you truly get into the Panama City mood. Enjoy a dip in your own private pool! The yard is completely enclosed, so you can let the kids and dogs have fun. Play your favorite tunes on the second-floor back porch over the Bluetooth speakers or enjoy alfresco meals at the patio dining table set for 12. Inside, everyone can relax inside the central air conditioning. If the sun's gone down, warm up together around the gas fireplace. The luxurious full kitchen features a double oven, French door refrigerator, and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar for four guests. Amenities like room darkening shades and a private washer/dryer make staying at this home easy. Just climb the spiral staircase to the observation deck and enjoy the view of the Gulf. Two beach chairs are also provided for use during your stay. Uncovered boat storage is available within the enclosed yard.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family Vacation

This home has so much for everyone to enjoy. On a quiet street with great parking and privacy fence. The pool is a great extra for families with small children. The small easy walk to the beach access made carrying items easy and quick. Loved the ocean view while cooking and drinking coffee from the top deck. We will be back to enjoy this home again.

Just perfect!

We made a last-minute deep-sea fishing trip and contacted VACASA while enroute. They bent over backwards to secure a place meeting all of our needs. This home was just perfect in every way. We were steps from the beach, the kids loved the pool, and we were able to bring our dog. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you, property owners, and thank you VACASA.

Great location!

We spent our family vacation here. We loved how bug and roomy the house was. There were 12 adults on our vacation. The private poll was very nice and being so close to the beach access was perfect.

Great Space

It was 10 of us. We had plenty of room. The house was beautiful. Close to the beach and walking distance to some of the restaurants. Thank you for a great time.

Awful

The house was really really bad shape. Mold on the couch, rust on patio, maggots on trash can from previous renters, trash was not taken the week we were there either so the smell when we got in our cars was horrendous.The AC downstairs kept going up and saying needs repairs. Upstairs was 77 one day and 76 the next.

Family thxgiving

WE had our family thxgiving here. It worked great for our family. Everything we could have needed was available. They even left us some aluminum pans for the the turkey. The location was quiet and peaceful. There were 11 adults in our family and everyone had a place to sleep. We did have to take the bunk mattress down because it did not support 2 people. We put it in the entry way and it worked fine. 2 kiddos or one adult would be fine up there. Everything was clean and no one had any problems with anything.

This was by far the best place we’ve stayed and we come every summer our whole family.

This place is very clean. Big it’s big enough for everybody to have their own showers and own rooms. Very clean, also up to date with everything. Very beautiful. Great decorations. Nice pool that’s private with Bluetooth speaker that you can hear clear & sounds good. Love the view from top. Plenty of places to sit for the whole family, I had 11 members go with me, and we still had room for others. Outside furniture is great and plenty of of seats. 3 door garage. Nice TVs in the bedrooms and livings. Washer n dryer work good. Loved the gift shops and there just right down the road. Walk to beach only took us a minute to get too. Very very beautiful beach. Not to crowded, even during the day time. Nice neighborhood and nice people around. I love and enjoyed my stay didn’t want to come home cause it was so nice there. Thank you we joyed it very much and made memories we’ll never forget.

Dirty & In Need of Repairs

VACASA was kind and informed us the home was ready a little early. There was an awful odor when we entered the home. There was mold & mildew on the vents, urine around the bottom of the toilets, hair in drawers, dirt & sand on the floor. There was a broken acrylic fingernail, food, and trash around the pool. We later observed a few roaches inside the home & determined the smell was roach/bug killer. One of my children developed a rash after lying on the rug in the living room, likely due to this bug treatment. The home needed a deep cleaning & some upgrades. A plank on the steps needed to be nailed in & weeds were growing around the pool. We were aggravated that we were called by VACASA while at the beach inquiring when we would be returning because the landscaper didn’t have anywhere to park due to our large vehicles in the driveway. The home is conveniently located to the beach and all of the wonderful things in PCB. It has great potential to be a wonderful vacation home but I won’t be returning.

Family Getaway

This first tier vacation beach rental was just right for what we needed. There were 9 people in our group comprising 3 families (5 adults, 2 under 5 years and 2 teenagers). This beach house provided 4 bedrooms that allowed for each family to be in the same room as their children plus another room for an extra adult. There were 3 bathrooms as well. Although this beach rental was an older house, it had been maintained well. I would recommend this facility to others.

Excellent Location

Great location terribly dirty

Great location and pool but the cleanliness was terrible. Mild on vents, thick dust in all returns, corners, doors, fans, etc. grease stains splattered on deck. Slimy mold in all showers. Sheets were very scratchy. Overall the quality severely disappointing for what we paid. Had to re-clean when we got there.

Lovely spacious house

We completely enjoyed our time in this home, plenty of room for the 10 people in our group. The outdoor areas and the pool were great and where the kids pretty much stayed. The house is on a quiet street and just a short walk away from the beach! It was nice having TVs in all the bedrooms and the kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend to anyone and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfectly spacious vacation house

We loved how spacious, open and airy the house is. The pool was perfect and outdoor spaces were so enjoyable. We had 3 families stay very comfortably. Would definitely book this house again!
