Welcome to Sunset View, a spacious single family home, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with Gulf views, designed for comfort and convenience. Ideal for up to 12 guests, this charming property offers an array of sleeping arrangements. The open-concept living area is perfect for socializing, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities and a dining area for shared meals. The living room, adorned with plush furnishings and a large TV, offers a cozy retreat.

Step outside to your private patio and enjoy the convenience of a private pool. While not directly beachfront, the pristine coastline is within easy reach for sun-soaked adventures. Additional bathrooms provide convenience, and a washer and dryer are included for your use.

Sunset View is strategically located, providing easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this house caters to your desires.

Loved the open floor plan and high ceilings. We were a party of 12 and we never felt crowded. The pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach but more so when it was fully shaded and the privacy fence was great. The walk to the beach access was very close and convenient. The middle floor balcony was very nice in the early morning to drink coffee. Very easy checkout. Overall a great experience.

We really enjoyed this home! The location was perfect, it was spacious and had just what we needed. A few things to note: the flooring throughout is not in the best condition as it is cracking in quite a few places, the oven door the part that keeps it from falling when open is broken, we mentioned it to the maintenance man when he was there and he was going to put a note in as it was the weekend, the pool has a light in the pool but doesn’t work or no one knows how it works ( that wasn’t a big deal to us ) the master bath has a jacuzzi tub but it is broken, the button is gone off of it to operate it, the master shower was excellent but for a shower of that size it would be an awesome addition to install a rain shower head, the hose at the side of the house leaks. The water that was connected to the ice maker looked like muddy water and the ice maker never made ice, we made sure it was on, but we just bought bagged ice. Overall our stay was wonderful, just some things to note

The property management response time was immediate with the one concern that we had. The only concerns we had was what looks to be a Murphy bed in the pictures wasn’t there and reception on the tv in an upstairs bedroom wasn’t good. Neither of which interfered with our vacation and we didn’t ask the property management to address it. We were VERY happy with this home

Only reason gave it 4 stars under "general condition" was because the door to the 3rd floor balcony was very difficult to open. It doesn't always unlock properly. Also, the back bedroom (the one leading to the pool) was warmer than the rest of the house. The A/C always read the ambient temperature higher than the settings temperature

The White July 4th family vacation

This was the perfect vacation home. Location to the beach, dining and activities were in walking distance. My family loved the house. As a bonus we got to see fireworks from our balcony.

Just steps to the beach

Seven days at the beach with no dryer

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No grab bars in the showers. Broken coffee carafe. Blue Swell lied, said new dryer was going to be delivered on Wednesday. Worker showed up, found problem, said he'd be back and never showed up again. Kitchen table is sticky even after I washed it.
