Welcome to Sunset View, a spacious single family home, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with Gulf views, designed for comfort and convenience. Ideal for up to 12 guests, this charming property offers an array of sleeping arrangements. The open-concept living area is perfect for socializing, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities and a dining area for shared meals. The living room, adorned with plush furnishings and a large TV, offers a cozy retreat.

Step outside to your private patio and enjoy the convenience of a private pool. While not directly beachfront, the pristine coastline is within easy reach for sun-soaked adventures. Additional bathrooms provide convenience, and a washer and dryer are included for your use.

Sunset View is strategically located, providing easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this house caters to your desires.

The location of the property has amazing access to the beach. Not far from anything that you want to go enjoy there. This was my first time in PCB and was very pleased with this location and property. I only gave a 3 star on the cleanliness because while it was pretty clean there were several spots behind things that have not been touched for a while. But all in all a great stay. Thanks.

The White July 4th family vacation

This was the perfect vacation home. Location to the beach, dining and activities were in walking distance. My family loved the house. As a bonus we got to see fireworks from our balcony.

Just steps to the beach

Seven days at the beach with no dryer

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No grab bars in the showers. Broken coffee carafe. Blue Swell lied, said new dryer was going to be delivered on Wednesday. Worker showed up, found problem, said he'd be back and never showed up again. Kitchen table is sticky even after I washed it.

Great location, beautiful views

The beach house was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach as well as close to most restaurants. Has the perfect view of the beach from the upstairs balcony. The 2nd sorry has another balcony that is very shaded and nice. Very easy check in and check out process. Loved that we didn’t have to do so much upon checkout Like most other rentals. It was very peaceful. The house was very spacious. It fit 11 of us very comfortably. The pool was great, we left quite a few pool floats for future guests. The vines/landscape needs to be cut back if it fits 2 cars. It’s beautiful but It was hard to get in and out of 2 vehicles without some people being in the bushes. The flooring needs to be replaced in some areas as it was coming up or soft but not a real issue during our stay. Overall great vacation and would def stay here again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This house is completely beat up and filthy. I sent pictures of the state of house and you didn't even respond after you asked me to send pictures. I was willing to let that slide until you sent me an email saying that you were charging me an additional fee for dog hair!!? My dogs were crated when we left and perhaps the dog hair was part of the disgusting pictures i sent you from the state of the home when we arrived. You rated us as 5 stars and then came back with an additional fee?! Are you out of your mind? I will be disputing this charge with the bank and we 100% will never use Blue Swell ever again and we will also share the same with our family and friends that also stay in PCB!

Amazing rooftop deck with view to sea!

The rooftop is wonderful! Beautiful view to the sea and the stars at night! Love that it is partly covered for daytime shade. Nice seating and plenty of room to practice yoga, read a book and enjoy morning coffee. Location is terrific- literally across the street from public beach access and a beautiful beach walk to the park. We did not use the pool, but it would be perfect for a hot summer day dip! Our group of 8 adults had ample room and we made do with what the kitchen had to offer (a quick run to dollar tree for a few serving bowls, cookie sheets, clean oven mitts)- but workable. My only negatives- which are easily fixable, were some of the bed linens have stains as do the mattresses and several bowls, glasses, cooking items were not clean so we spent time running the dishwasher and washing machine our first day.3rd level flooring needs some repair but did not take away from our experience. Overall, you can't beat the location and wonderful deck for the price which I found quite fair. A thorough go-through of kitchen items- maybe some new sets of bowls, glasses & mugs and new bedding would make a huge difference! Overall- great rental!

The house itself is in a great location, beach access is easy and its close to shopping, however, upon arrival the lower floor ac wasnt working. We called as soon as we checked in. They sent out their maintenance guy 2 days in a row who told us it was fine. No, it wasnt. Finally got a HVAC guy out to tell us the whole unit was shot and would have to be replaced. So for the first 3 days we couldnt use the 1st floor because it never got below 75 degrees. We were brought a portable loud unit for the first floor "until they could access the problem"The laminate floor is cracked and broken on every floor. The outside light on the top floor doesnt work. The pool light doesnt work so you cant swim at night unless you turn on the outside light. The stove lid is broken and goes all the way to the floor when you open it.The ice dispenser doesnt work on the fridge.One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor shows pictures of a murphy style bed on the VRBO site its not there anymore. The house has great potential, it just needs alot of work and for the money we were really let down. I have asked for a partial refund or a credit for 3 days in maybe another rental they have, still waiting on that response. All in all its a great house, just needs a little TLC. IF everything was fixed we would stay here again just because of location and because the Blue Swell group was really on the ball when I called.
