The living area features two comfortable sofas (including a sofa sleeper), an additional sitting chair, and a large 65” flat screen smart TV, making it an ideal space to unwind after a day exploring the island. The formal dining area seats up to 8 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together, while a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen offers a convenient spot for casual dining or remote work.

Both bedrooms are generously sized and thoughtfully furnished. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, a 45” flat screen smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. The guest bedroom comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two full-size beds and a 42” flat screen smart TV. Each bedroom has French doors that open to a private patio — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet moment outdoors.

Two full bathrooms offer added convenience: the guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo with a double vanity and houses a full-size washer and dryer, making longer stays a breeze.

Outside, you’ll find your own private paradise. The large 20 x 10-foot pool has recently been resurfaced and is fully fenced for privacy. Lounge by the pool, watch your favorite shows on one of the two outdoor flat screen Fire Stick TVs, or enjoy a refreshing drink at the spacious custom outdoor bar complete with refrigeration. Additional amenities include assigned parking for two cars right next to the unit, making it easy if you decide to bring a vehicle. And if you visit during the cooler months (November 15 – May 1), you can opt for pool heating for just $20 per day — please arrange this prior to check-in.
