Great cottage stay with an old time Key West vibe and cool refreshing pool. Quiet neighborhood location. Really enjoyed meeting and having a cold beer with the owner, Conch Republic ConsulGeneral Richard! Check and checkout couldn’t have been easier.

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to book again next time we visit the FL Keys. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. My family also really enjoyed the pool, it was a perfect way to cool down after outdoor activities.

Great stay. Property manager Roberta was great to deal with. Comfortable home with all amenities included. Nice pool and location was central to all activities, including Duval St. We has a great time!!!

Had a nice stay at this spot, a few blocks from Duval street and the trolley. So nice to have the pool to come home to after a busy day. Air conditioning worked great, well stocked kitchen, and having laundry was a plus. A bit dated, but fine. I would stay here again. Carol and Tim. Rockport, ma

Perfect place to be!

The carriage house is comfortably furnished; kitchen has nothing lacking; pool and grounds are cozy and well maintained. Perfect location and easy to get to sights and beaches.

Great walkable location

Simple checkin and checkout. Clean. Perfect for 2 couples. Each had own bedroom and bathroom. Walkable to all main places in Key West. Nice to have laundry and pool. Really nice to have the parking spot. Great time and would highly recommend.

Great Key West Stay

My aunts, mom and I had a great stay. The rooms were spacious, allowing plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out. Roberta and the owner were very kind. I am hoping to get my husband to come back for a visit with me.

Perfect Cottage & Location!

The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us, pics don’t do it justice! Super clean, plenty essentials for cooking even though we only cooked breakfast/used paper plates for convenience. Loved having the convenience of a washer/dryer. Cottage is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many places if you do choose to walk. We rented a jeep (although wasn’t really needed) since a parking spot was provided, which we found to be a rare luxury in Key West. Met the owners who are so nice/we totally enjoyed them! Rick suggested several eating places close by that were great, he was so informative about many things! The best advice was to Uber, which we ended up doing the last few days, was so convenient/inexpensive, no worries trying to find a parking spot then locating a parking meter while out and about. Weather was gorgeous for September, humidity extremely high, we were thankful to have the sparkling, clean pool to take a dip in every day. Roberta (property manager) was so kind, quick to respond to any questions and informative as well. We totally recommend staying here, you definitely will have no regrets! If we should make it to Key West again, this will be where we will definitely stay!

Relaxing

This location is great to walk to multiple areas in key west. It’s not too far from Duvall street but also not right on it to where it’s hard to relax and sleep. Loved the environment. The neighbors were friendly and considerate the entire stay! Will definitely go back!!!
