Like a radiant diamond set into the most captivating setting, this is an exclusive, rare, completely bewitching private home in a gorgeous, gated sanctuary known as Elysee. Only 19 homes have been chosen to be a part of this beachfront oasis community that’s tucked perfectly into the center of Seacrest Beach. When you arrive at Elysee Reunion, you’re greeted by striking Mediterranean architecture, crisp landscaping, and stately palm trees swaying in the gentle, salty sea breeze.

The entire residence has been thoughtfully designed inside and out by Benecki Homes of Atlanta, Architect Bill Ingram, and Melanie Turner Interior Designs. Come inside, and let the peaceful tranquility wash over you. The main living area is bright and open, with exposed wood beams that add a perfect touch of rustic luxury. Two mirror-image sofas and coffee tables face one another and create an intimate setting for relaxing with friends and family or hosting a movie night on the large HDTV. Nearby, a formal dining table has space for ten. Around the corner is another comfy seating area, complete with soothing blue furniture, a mounted HDTV, and dramatic, ocean-inspired art pieces.

The kitchen is completely custom and totally distinct. Anchored by a unique, banquette island with an upholstered bench that’s surrounded by gleaming, grey-veined marble, the entire room is effortlessly chic. Sleek, Italian-made cabinets surround a luxe suite of Gaggenau appliances. The flatware and dishware are elevated to artwork behind glass storage cabinets.

Through the glass French doors lies the private cerulean blue swimming pool. Surrounded by grass, stone, and manicured tropical landscaping, this is an ideal oasis to cool off, catch some sun, or simply relax with a cocktail and a juicy novel in one of the lounge chairs.

Climb the floating staircase to the second level, where there are three relaxing bedrooms. The magnificent primary suite features a king-size bed, HDTV, walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and step-in shower. The primary suite is flanked on either side by two more bedroom suites, each with king-size beds, large HDTVs, balconies, and attached baths. This floor also includes a convenient laundry nook. On the soaring top floor, there are two bedrooms on either side of the bathroom. Each one features 2 queen-size beds and a twin-size daybed. Circular windows provide soaring birds-eye views of the neighborhood below.
