There is parking under the condo for your vehicle.

You will feel right at home in this 43 acre, gated resort.

You will feel right at home in this 43 acre, gated resort. The condo is pet friendly - 1 pet 40lbs or less (Dog).

With 1,100 feet of private powder white sands and crystal clear emerald green waters, you can relax on the beach under your free umbrella with two chairs, swim, play a game of beach volleyball, take a long walk as the gentle waves wash over your feet or see the beach service about renting a sea kayak for cruising around the surf.

You will enjoy soaking up the sun or taking a dip in one of 5 pools located within this resort. Two of the pools are heated for your comfort during the cooler months. Enjoy relaxing in one of the 3 outdoor hot tubs. Play tennis anytime, day or night. With 6 courts located on the premises there is room for everyone. If playing during the day isn't your thing then enjoy one of the 3 lighted courts in the evening. You may bring your boat or jet skis to enjoy water sports in the harbor or the Gulf of Mexico. Docking space is available.

The complex rents out spaces in the canal. Prior approval and reservations for canal space must be made for boats and jet skis when parked in the canal.
Boaters: Boat parking is available along the canal for boats up to 26' for an additional cost with a docking reservation through Sandpiper Cove. Boaters must provide boat registration and proof of $100,000 liability insurance. There is a boat launch in Sandpiper Cove, but trailer parking is not allowed on site. Parking of 1 boat trailer and 1 vehicle can be parked under the condo

Set your own pace and enjoy our 9 hole par 3 golf course. Ladies...the shopping is excellent. If you have forgotten anything you will find it within minutes. Sandpiper Cove with all of it's amenities is the destination you have been searching for.

Destin family holiday

We had a fab week staying at Sandpiper cove. Would definitely like to return one day. Easy walk to the beach. On-site wonderful restaurant/golf/swimming and tennis.

We were two couples staying at the condo and it worked great for us. Back porch overlooked the canal and a short golf course hole, it was really enjoyable to sit out there. Kitchen worked well for meals we made there. Pickleball, Tennis and Shuffleboard were very close. We walked to the beach several times. Had drinks at the Sand Flea at the beach and had a GREAT dinner at Louisiana Lagniappe, about a 3 minute walk. It’s a big complex, it was fun just to walk around and talk to people. Very friendly. It was active, not loud, no big parties (we were there during spring break)

Perfect Location

Worth every penny.. Drive across the street and get your own beach access, free chairs and umbrella.. cool little par 3 course just across the water. We had a blast, everything is about 10-15 min away depending on traffic.

Great property, LOTS of stairs!

We truly loved this little place, and would definitely stay again. The only downfalls to the place were the VERY squeaky master bed and the climb of 4 flights of stairs to the room! Other than that, it was a nice place to rent with the perfect location for going out and boating on/near the harbor!

Great Location!

Needed a quick place to stay for a week while evacuating from a hurricane further south. Appreciate the flexibility and communication with the property manager during our difficult situation. Great location close to everything you need with easy beach access. My kids had a fun mini vacation. Found a few dried food spots around kitchen/dining area, but nothing major.

Unit was excellent.

View over canal was nice and we kept our boat docked right behind the unit. Super convenient. Plenty of room in the condo for 4 people and the beach was an easy, paved walk. the only complaint was the 40 or so steps to get up to the unit, but it was good exercise after many fresh seafood meals .

Great stay

We enjoyed the unit. It was well equipped in the kitchen, and had some extra golf clubs, etc. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella service was nice. The bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating, but functional. We actually thought the palm tree theme throughout was very nice and thought out. Even though this was a pet friendly unit, you couldn't tell (no stains or smells). We will definitely stay again if possible.

Rough stay

One of the shower heads in one of the restrooms wasn’t functional. The stove was really difficult to use because of how janky the stove top was, there was foil holding the warmers into place. The light in the washroom wouldn’t turn on. A lot of stuff just wasn’t functioning as they should.

Rosa, We did check on all the issues that you have mentioned in your review. 1. Shower head not working - Most people just pull the shower diverter located on the tub spot so the water comes out of the shower head. 2. Janky Stove top - most guests just use the control knobs located on the back of the stove to operate the burners. Light in wash room - most guests have figured out that using the switch turns on the light.

Great!!!

This place was perfect they accepted our pet. Rental is very home like and accommodating. Was able to bring our boat and park it dockside behind the rental (extra $$$) and leave it in the water during our stay. Great for kids or adults plenty of stuff to do on site. Highly recommended we will stay here again.
