広々としたユニットT302は、シエスタキーのシエスタビーチの中心にあります。 プライベートビーチはユニットから数歩のところにあり、サラソタサーフアンドラケットクラブのスタッフが毎日管理しています。

This condo is the perfect getaway! So close to the beach, pool and Village, loved the enclosed lanai. It is spacious and very well appointed. We plan to come back again!!

Lovely property! 30 second walk to a private beach, 2 pools and easy access to the main roads of the town. Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths , especially with 2 teenagers. Might need a little TLC with paint but all in all a wonderful property which we would totally rent again.

Pouring rain most of the stay, but when it wasn't, we were in both pools and the beach. Pools were great - heated and clean. Our room had everything- umbrellas, sand toys, books, puzzles, great TV options, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in this same room.

Beautiful week at the beach

We had an amazing time at this unit and this is our second year coming here. When the microwave stopped working, we contacted Jim and within three hours the new unit was installed above the range and ready to go. Love this property and the calm, relaxed beach. We went July 7th through the 13th and there was hardly and crowd! We’ll be back again!

Had a great vacation in Siesta

First evening we had an issue with a clog in the shower and I emailed the owner and he had it fixed by the next morning.He was very responsive and was concerned about our happiness and if we needed anything else.It was a very nice condo and we liked the proximity to the beach and pool We really enjoyed our stay.Would stay here again.

Klopfers in Siesta Key

When we disembarked from a Disney cruise we drove to Siesta Key. We were very comfortable in the condo and so close, (just a short walk) to the sand.We slept well and were pleased with the accommodations!

Best friends college graduation trip with their moms

we loved the condo,(It was so clean !! no weird smells or specks of dirt or stray hairs!). 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, we loved the sunroom, it had a rack to dry our towels and bathing suit! couches were comfy and roomy, the location was perfect, the private beach (soft powdery sand !) was a 2 minute walk, we rented umbrellas for 20 a day, the lounge chairs were complementary, we didn't rent a car, we ubered from Sarasota airport, there is a small bus called FrogHop to take you anywhere on the island, just a call away and they arrived 5 minutes later, they functioned on tips! excellent place to stay on sunny Siesta Key !

Easy, relaxing stay; fun vacation

We had a great time at the condo at Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club. Host was extremely helpful and communicative. Property was very easy to find and check in. Condo has a great view from the beach on the 3rd floor, so good privacy and quiet stay. The condo was in great shape and facilities are in good shape too following the recent hurricanes. Pool by the beach was fully cleaned and operational. Lounge chairs on the beach were complimentary and renovations were under way on the second pool.

A few steps to the beach

Great location just a few minutes from siesta Key Beach. The condo had everything we needed, And the host and the condo staff very friendly Wasn’t overall good experience without having to go to a public beach and public parking lot

Great vacation!

We had an amazing time in this rental. The location is perfect and the beach was awesome. The Gulf was warm and our drinks were cool. Would definitely stay again.

Right on the beach!

The property was beautiful and larger than expected. The lenai had a great view of the beach that we enjoyed each morning as we ate our breakfast. Our kids were on one side of the condo and we were on the other side. Felt like we had privacy. We enjoyed having access to beach chairs for free. We used the beach grill one night. It takes charcoal, so we had to buy supplies for that. Highly recommend.

Hi! We are avid vacationers living in the Midwest. We love traveling and have been to more than 20 countries. We, however, had never visited Sarasota until 2011. We enjoyed our family vacation there so much that we decided to buy a beachfront condo in the beautiful Siesta Key.

We quickly narrowed our targets down to Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club because of its perfect location and great reputation. We were very lucky and thrilled to find our dream condo unit T302. The second unit from the beachfront on the third floor of the Tower Building, this unit offers every thing we could ask for. We look forward to many wonderful vacations at Siesta Key and hope you will enjoy yours here too!
