Large two bedroom apartment with in unit washer and dryer. Newly renovated. Located in the center of Downtown Ellsworth, above a quite retail shop. Second floor, wide staircase with landing half way. Full size kitchen. Walk in shower with glass sliding doors. Steps to some of the best restaurants in the area; Provender Kitchen, Finns Pub, Airline Brewing Co., Margaritas, Union River Lobter, Mortons Moo ice cream, 86this, Black moon public house, the Beer Garden at Fogtown Brewery right outside your doorstep. Easily access the variety of shops on the block and a short walk to the harbor, riverwalk and local grocery.
Seventeen miles to the visitor center at Acadia National Park and a short distance further to Bar Harbor and all the activities of Mount Desert Island.
Convient to many area beaches and trails.
One parking spaces is provided with the rental, other public ones available in the direct area.
700 feet (3 minute walk) to public EV charging station.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! If you want to explore Ellsworth, this centrally located, downtown property is a gem. Just a few minutes walk from shops, good restaurants and pubs, coffee shops and breakfast spots. Beyond the convenience, this rental was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our hosts were outstanding. We would stay here again on a future trip and highly recommend it to others planning a visit to the area

Excellent communication with the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was exactly as listed. Ellsworth is a great town to stay in while visiting Acadia. We really enjoyed the convenience of several places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location for access to Acadia National Park. Linda was responsive and so helpful with questions. Roomy enough for our family of four (loved the skylights!) There's a dedicated parking space behind the building, which was convenient. We enjoyed the Riverwalk and live summer concert just outside the building. The 19th century library is so charming and just steps away beside the Riverwalk entrance. Drove to the Gateway center and took advantage of free shuttle service around the park each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

First time using Vrbo, and was a little apprehensive at first, but this couldn’t have been a nicer experience. The listing and reviews were found to be extremely accurate, and all five star ratings are very well deserved. Communication was clear and friendly right from the start, and our host, Linda, made sure everything was perfect. Our unit was absolutely beautiful. Everything was completely updated, thoughtfully decorated, and immaculately clean. It is right in the heart of Ellsworth, and literally steps from several great shops, bars and restaurants, which is incredibly convenient. There is also a dedicated, private parking spot behind the unit, which is a real home run. The town itself is charming and safe, and everyone we met was polite, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Thanks again for making our little vacation something to remember!!!

Perfect location! The downtown is adorable with great shops and restaurants. Everyone is very friendly the location is ideal….out of the congestion of Bar Harbor but close enough to get to all the attractions the park has to offer. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. One of the few times that the pictures posted online are exactly as it is!

Loved this space. My wife, 2 kids, and i stayed here for 4 nights and loved this space. Great location, plenty of space, and fantastic decor. We truly felt like home here. The host was very communicative every time we reached out, and have nothing but good things to say about our visit. Highly recommended.

Maine Vacay

Linda and Hans property was the perfect place for our trip to Maine. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed after long days of hiking and adventuring. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay close to Acadia NP.
