DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY
This property should not be rented out until work has been done to it. We stayed here 7/27/2024-8/2/24. EVERYTHING is old and dirty. Housekeeping had to be called in after we arrived and the amount of dirt and debris that was uncovered was absolute disgusting. From skittles on candy on the floor to a bloody napkin under the couch cushions. This unit is not taken care of properly. The popcorn ceilings are falling off and we were told that the large dirty black spots on the ceilings cannot be cleaned because the ceiling would just fall apart. The kitchen is not updated and everything is old and dirty. The freezer has rust in the bottom and when you turn on the oven smoke rises up from the burners. The master bathroom shower had mold and mildew and was gross. There is a missing chunk of tile in the toilet area. It looks like the shower was leaking at one time and they came into fix it but never repainted and plaster is just chipping off. I just want anyone who has signed up to rent this place to know what they are walking into. The property management group is aware of the ceiling issues, but it is so much more than that. The location and size of this condo it great, but the living conditions are horrible.
