Please note that there are two flights of stairs to access the condo. One flight of stairs is required to reach the unit from the ground level, and an additional flight of stairs is required to reach the second floor of the condo. There is no elevator. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
