This charming 2BR/2BA coastal condo is located in the Amelia South Condominiums complex, just steps from the shore! Follow the private boardwalk for direct access to the beach, or soak up the sun at the shared pool. Spend breezy coastal evenings relaxing on your private covered patio.

An abundance of dining and shopping options are within a short drive up the coast.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, relax in the open-concept living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa. Settle in and watch a new movie on the 52” cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 32” cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and cable TV. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip morning coffee on the back patio, outfitted with two rockers. In the evenings, dine alfresco at the high-top table set for four.

Spend sun-soaked days at the year-round community sparkling pool (6' deep, unheated). Enjoy access to racquetball courts, a tennis court, and a basketball court.

Additional guest perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two vehicles in the surface lot.

THE LOCATION

Situated between St. Augustine Beach and Butler Beach, this condo is just a 1-minute walk to an expansive stretch of beach, as well as within walking distance of several nearby shops, restaurants, and convenient amenities.

Spend the day fishing, swimming, and canoeing at Anastasia State Park, learn about local wildlife at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, or watch a performance at the St. Augustine Amphitheater, all within 6 miles.

Drive 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine and explore a plethora of historical attractions, including the Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine, the Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center, and the Spanish Military Hospital Museum. While you're there, be sure to visit the Castillo de San Marcos, a 17th-century fortress with drawbridges. Or stroll across the Bridge of Lions, a scenic drawbridge an 8-minute drive from your front door.

We love the location, we love the little apartment. It was very comfortable and perfect for the four of us.This is not a complaint, however, highly recommend two things:1) changing the bed system or changing at least both mattresses in the bedrooms. 2) in the kitchen sink, the water flows very little. Not that we wanted to waste water because we’re also homeowners and very careful in the usage of electricity and water; however, the flow is very thing. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your two bedroom apartment, so closed to the beach, greatly appreciated. Happy new year!The Armesto’s

Master bedroom fan inoperable as one blade was missing. Second bedroom the bed only had foam over box spring and creaked and moved with every movement. The window right next to outside unit was quite noisy and not good sleeping. Pillows and sofa mattress could be much better and upgraded. Showers were great and location to pool and beach could not have been better.

The beach, Billy Strings, St Augestine

The location was fantastic. So close to the beach and close to the amphitheater and good food. Would have like a couple of sturdy beach chairs but we didn’t have much time for the beach anyway. I would go back !

Beach condo that feels like home

This condo has a wonderful, comfy feel just like home with an amazing location close to the beach. With just a short walk, you can put your toes in the sand and enjoy a peaceful, beautiful beach. Everything was very clean and all necessities are well taken care of. Management is wonderful at communication with quick responses to any questions you may have. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. Short walk to beach and the pool, both, right out back door. Customer service was very helpful. Unit was clean. Plenty of parking. Easy in and out and great location to get to places. We would absolutely stay here again.We were missing pot holder and the keurig was broken. We called to let them know. Later that day, there were pot holder and a new keurig delivered. Thank you for being helpful.

Nice place but a little confusing

Location is great! It is located close to many awesome restuarants and just 15 minutes away from old St. Augustine. Beautiful condo, beds were comfortable and they provided a lot of items that I wasn't expecting. Complimentary shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, soap, even face wipes to remove your makeup. They also provided some laundry detergent and dish soap. I will say that things were a little dated. The couch was kind of saggy and hard to get comfortable and a lot of the power outlets and a couple of the lights in the bathrooms didn't work. Not that big a deal but my mom was roaming the condo trying to find an outlet that worked to curl her hair.

Nice condo for a long weekend

Nice condo with plenty of space and privacy when needed for two couples. Kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Would like to have been able to use the pool but it was closed. Beds were not very comfortable, especially the queen bed. Low pressure in the guest bathroom and the dryer didn’t work well. Probably needs to have the hose checked. The tv was disappointing because we could only get a few channels.

It was exceptionally well equipped and beautifully decorated and very clean. The extras: delightful amenities like special dishes, fully functional kitchen, close to the beach, grocery and restaurants. We’re from St. Augustine and it was a perfect location.

Well stocked kitchen

We mainly used the house to sleep and bath. However, I loved having enough cooking utensils if I chose to cook. The coffee maker used both k-cups and coffee pot. Thankfully, I had k-cups for the pot did not fit properly and could not get it out from under the maker. The unit was clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. However, there wasn’t enough information on how to access the boardwalk and how to use the keycard to unlock the gate. Yes, we would love to rent this place again.

Great Stay but needs some items addressed

We walked in and were impressed with how clean the place looked. The sheets were clean as were the towels. The access to the beach was absolutely heavenly and this was a really good location to the city. Cons: the dryer would not dry, and even though they said someone would come look at it, no one did. We did get a fresh batch of towels delivered though. The kitchen had a serious ant problem. I would also recommend updating the cloth couch as it was in serious need of a cleaning. We ended up throwing our blankets over it to sit on. Overall, was a decent place and if these items could be addressed we’d definitely come back.

Beach Vacation

Loved the location and condo was clean and charming, kitchen and bathrooms updated. So wanted to give 5 stars. But owner needs to replace the old washer/dryer, the dryer is wasting electricity - it does not work. And need to replace carpet in bedrooms. I would definitely book again only if carpets replaced and dryer fixed.

Very nice

Loved the location. Place was very nice. The dryer took 3 to 4 cycles to dry. Notice on the door a few days before we left that they would be cleaning the dryer vents. Was way over do unfortunately. The beach is gorgeous! Quite complex while we were there.
