Best vacation EVER!!!

I will absolutely rent this condo again. The description and pics are 100% accurate. I had coffee and watched dolphins from my balcony every morning! The condo was very clean and perfect for our stay. It was the perfect location. My teenagers were so happy with everything about it. It was convenient for them to be able to walk out the doors and right onto the beach. There’s a cute little boardwalk with shopping and restaurants that’s only a 2 minute walk. Destin was a 10 minute drive. Lots of easily accessible attractions and things to do without even having to drive. We didn’t have any issues that required us to contact sugar sands while we were there. Communication prior to arrival was exceptional. We were emailed details for our stay and parking passes ahead of time. I give this place a 10/10.

Great Location

Great for small children, as this property is a very short walk to the beach. Master bedroom is extremely bright and needs blackout curtains.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has to be one of the best units in the complex for a small family. It had a fantastic view of the Gulf. The living area felt bigger than the pictures portrayed. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean on arrival. We enjoyed the short walk down the beach to numerous restaurants and shops. Oasis has really good coffee that I wish I found earlier in the stay. We would certainly stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had no unpleasant surprises or events during our stay. The view fromOur 5th floor balcony was great (Unit G503) the condo was clean, but there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. The unit is pretty outdated with the living room furniture (couch & 2 chairs) being badly broken down. Very uncomfortable. The master bed was pretty much in the same condition. The mattress seemed to sink in the middle and had absolutely no support. We would definitely choose another unit next time.

The condo was centrally located which is what we wanted. The pools were amazing, but the beds were uncomfortable. And there is a lot of walking...from parking garage to the unit, back to elevators then back the opposite direction to go to the beach. Just use the carts, have comfortable shoes.

We found it nice the kitchen had a blender which allowed us to make some frozen drinks to enjoy by the water. I especially enjoyed the awesome view from the balcony while drinking morning coffee.

Great Location, easy access to beach, restaurants and boat rentals

We had and amazing time, great view of the beach and the pool. Condo was clean and was equipped with everything you need. All staff we came across was nice. We will definitely be back.

Condo Review

Really liked the location but didn’t realize each night there would be a loud wedding reception next door :) Unit overall was in good condition as shown in the photos on Vrbo. Pros: Location Easy check in Lower price compared to comps Cons: Dated overall, kitchen faucet was missing a part but still worked. The railing on the deck outside seemed to be loose at the corners as well. Overall would look for a quieter location next time during a weekend stay but that isn’t the unit owners fault due to the weddings next door..

Clean condo Great views

This condo was exactly as described. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. We could see dolphins swimming a couple of mornings from the balcony. This condo will comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Our bed was comfortable and our 12 year old son slept great in the bunk beds. We will definitely stay here again.
