Paradise has been found in this beautiful two bedroom, two baths upgraded renovated condo in White Sands Village! Ocean view from this third floor condo with absolutely no steps to access the unit. Completely handicap accessible and no need to carry suitcases and groceries up stairs. There is a full service elevator to take you to your view of paradise. This unit is located in the Kuikini building which is part of a three building complex. The Kuikini building offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, is steps from the beach, and yet is a quiet retreat from beachfront activity. This well established condo has a recently upgraded fully equipped kitchen and appliances, newly remodeled bathrooms and brand new mattresses. This is a great vacation location for small families. It is located steps away from one of the most desired beaches on the Big Island, Magic Sands Beach. In addition to the great proximity to the beach, White Sands Village complex has a newly renovated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, billiards table, two tennis courts and multiple grilling areas for guests to use. The unit includes, two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, living room, dining room, one (1) car assigned covered parking space and an expansive patio lanai with space to dine, relax on a couch or catch some rays in the chaise lounge chairs. Home features cable TV and WiFi internet access. The full length floor to ceiling patio doors offer clean, unobstructed views of tropical lushness and the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. No detail spared with dimmable lighting, ceiling fans and various features upgraded for an economically friendly home. Unit also offers full size stackable washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, and snorkel gear as long it is returned in good, clean condition.



**Please note the tennis courts renovation has recently been completed and includes pickleball courts.

***Please note that we welcome IronMan competition guests and competitors, but will not allow storage or repairs of equipment to be done inside the condo unit.

****VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. The Property has security/surveillance cameras placed at the entrance of unit and parking lot areas. This video footage is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of breaking and entering, theft, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, and guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed. The cameras in no way infringe upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. If property policies are violated, the appropriate charges will be assessed through VRBO or withheld from applicable damage/security deposits/payments.

Location

We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back. We were walking distance to the beach and about a 7 minute drive to coconut grove where there are restaurants and entertainment.

Great Place

White Sands Village is a great location - close enough to the action but far enough away from the hubbub and tourist bustle. This unit was well equipped (other than missing an ice cream scoop!) and had fabulous amenities. Check in was a breeze and communication with our host easy.

Great spot at Magic Sands

Great access to north and south. If you don't want to drive bus was very close by. Beach across the street. Very comfortable and quiet.

Great Location

The condo was clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved walking right across the street to Magic Sands with the condo chairs and they had all the beach necessities we needed (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler). Nice grilling area by the pool and safe, covered parking.

Great time in Kona

Our unit was great. Just across the street from a great beach, short walk to amazing snorkelling. Lovely pool. Very responsive property manager. We had a wonderful vacation!

Greatest Overall Experience Ever

We were more than pleased with the condo and all its amenities. It was a perfect location for where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Kelly was the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. We will definitely stay there again.

Just Steps Off the Beach

What a fabulous vacation spot! We were just steps off the beach, the condo had more than enough dishes, lots of water toys to use, easy parking spot and Kelly was fantastic to work with. Very quick with replying to our requests and so helpful. Absolutely would recommend this location to family and friends.

Amazing Stay

The condo was clean and well appointed directly across from the beach. Kelly was a very responsive host and and was easily accessible if any questions arose. Good location but a little far for walking to waterfront restaurants and bars. Would stay here again in the future.

The perfect getaway

I had the most perfect time at Kelly's condo. The view was excellent, the place was cleanly, beds comfy, and showers were perfect. The wifi was also excellent and I was able to take work meetings from the condo. I couldn't recommend the place more. Kelly was easy to contact - but we ran into no issues so everything went seamlessly. Truly an amazing vacation - I definitely want to go back!

Wonderful stay on the Big Island!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at White Sands Village. The owner was very thorough in communicating leading up to the trip via email and text. The house was incredibly clean and very nice. The beds were comfortable, accommodations were great. It was also stocked with beach chairs, coolers, and all the other little items helpful for a day trip that we didn't have to purchase upon arrival. Sitting out on the back porch and listening to the birds in the mornings and evenings was my favorite! Would absolutely stay here again.

White Sands Village

Our stay at the White Sands Village was great! It was just as listed on the website. Kelly did a great job of communicating with me during my stay. The condo was extremely quiet and had a relaxing atmosphere. The beach was a short walk across the street and downtown Kona was a short 10 minute drive. This area has less traffic than locations closer to town which made it much easier to travel to all our destinations. I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a place away from lots of people and traffic with access to a fun beach, this is the place for you. Mahalo!

Perfectly relaxing

We loved our stay! The condo was in great condition, very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked, and it was very quiet and peaceful. We were visiting family in Kona and had brought my elderly parents along. The elevator was super nice to get to the third floor. We especially loved all the birds - what a beautiful symphony every morning and evening! Kelly was wonderful to work with, and quick to respond. Literally the only negative thing I could say is that we ran out of Kleenex...but Kelly was quick to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend this condo!!

We were very happy with this condo, which we selected after considerable research (condo complex floor plan, orientation with respect to sunsets, etc.). The location, away from the street and pool, fit our desires. As advertised, we woke to the sounds of birds (mostly exotic doves) and a great view. It was well furnished and had tasteful art. It accommodated occasional visits from our family, who were staying nearby. The plumbing and air conditioning worked fine. We cannot comment on the TV, as we never used it. Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, tennis rackets and pickleball paddles were available. It was convenient to be able to get to the condo without having to deal with stairs (we had rolling luggage, groceries, and beach gear). The one worry we had about our June visit was that the south-facing lanai would be sunny in the afternoon; the summer sun sets quite far north so the lanai was shaded most of the time. It had the feeling of a home away from home, rather than a property designed to generate income. Kelly was always available and responded quickly.

kelly is a fabulous communicator!!! she made us aware of the tennis court construction that was going to be going on prior/during our stay. she was kind enough to take photos from the lanai to the of the location of the tennis courts, however, during our stay no construction happened. she responds quickly to text messages. this condo was centrally located to all of our destinations. it is nicely decorated, has all the amenities (except a rice cooker which if we were cooking meals we would most definitely want), plenty of kitchen necessities even an instant pot, crock pot, coffee maker, blender!!! check in, check out process is a breeze. highly recommend this property. mahalo kelly!!!

Nice unit in an OK complex

The unit: Our family of four stayed here for two weeks. We loved the large patio with an ocean view. The unit itself was clean, just had an abundance of unneeded furniture, breakable knick knacks, and dishes that made it seem a bit crowded. Host communication was great! Water pressure was very bad so one shower at a time was best. The beach: The walkable beach is called Magic Sands. It is very small and only has sand sometimes. You need water shoes due to lava rock. Saw turtles in the water there twice. Mostly had wild waves/red flags in June but 3-4days were truly swimmable. Many pot smoking local boogie boarders hang out there in the evening. Saw cops there a few times and were greeted by homeless folks at 6am when at the beach. Did not let our kids go alone. The complex: The elevator smelled so bad. The pool had the most extensive set of rules prohibiting fun that I've ever seen but they weren't enforced beyond cranky eye rolling by residents. Pool and hot tub were clean. Most of the pool is 8ft deep. Tennis court renovations are ongoing so courts not open. Parking was convenient. Loved the location for proximity to snorkeling and easy 10min drive to Kailua-Kona. Complex was a good mix of vacation rentals and older part/full time residents. Overall, enjoyed our stay!
