Here you can prepare anything from quick snacks to full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen, dine together at the nearby counter and table with bench seating, and then meet up for movie nights in the sunlit living area complete with a cable and streaming capable, flatscreen TV. On-site, guests will enjoy a host of resort-style amenities including a refreshing pool, pool spa, and tennis courts, as well as access to first-come/first-served marina slots for your boat.

Spend time unwinding by the pool, or enjoy fishing from your very own 750 foot private pier! Have a boat? Bring it! There is free boat parking available, as well as your own private boat launch to the bay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
