This was a great property, it was clean. The property manager answered the phone right away and the maintenance man was right there to fix a few minor problems. I could not have asked for a better experience

We had a great stay in this cozy cottage! Had so many extra amenities, they overdid themselves!!! Very clean and instant response with any questions!! It looks exactly like the photos and is in a great location so close to the beach!! Would 10/10 recommend!!

This place is perfect right down to the seasoned cast iron. Great location. Walking distance to HEB and Granny Bs ice cream shop we will definitely be back and recommend to everyone that visits RP

Mother’s Day Escape

The house was adorable and comfortable and had enough room for my mom, my husband and me plus our 2 border collies. The beds were very comfortable and the house was perfectly located. We had a relaxing time on this Mother’s Day weekend.

It's a place to sleep and cozy

The residence is cozy. Common spaces are significantly smaller than I expected. If you have more than 4 people, the living room area is a very tight squeeze. There are some tripping hazards within the house as well. Small 2" rise from the living space to the kitchen that was difficult to see. The first night we were there, there was roaches dead in the corners and one that was running down the wall. I emailed the contact provided by Evolve but never got a response. On a side note the beds were comfortable and clean.

Chose this cute bungalow based on the ability to bring our 2 small dogs along. The fenced yard was a big plus, along with the quiet neighborhood and close proximity to restaurants, shopping and beach. The house was well-stocked with everything we failed to bring and was perfect. The only downside was the slick floor of the shower, but I had my water shoes, which worked out well. We had a great time and will likely stay again. Thank you for an enjoyable vacay in Rockport. Terry Biege

Walking distance to Little Bay!

We had a big group, 4 adults and 4 kids ages 8-17. The house had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of towels for everyone, thank you! Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. The house is about two blocks from Little Bay, and a short five minute drive to Rockport Beach. It was the perfect spot for us. My only suggestion would be to add something to the listing about the stairs down into the 3rd bedroom (the one with bunk beds), only two steps but they are pretty steep and the step off the kitchen to the laundry room and half bath is pretty slanted. It didn’t hinder our stay at all, but it might make someone with a toddler uneasy.

Mom birthday weekend

Got this place for my mom birthday get away because she loves Rockport but she didn't want to stay at a hotel.. Very spacious, clean and location is incredible.. All accomodations were perfect, literally know for next time all I need is my cloths..I will definitely look into booking this place again in the near future 🙏

Total disaster

Arrived to cottage and found outdated appliances. Most were in very poor condition. Immediately tripped on small step up in to the kitchen. Many uneven floors in the property. The worst started the next morning when we started seeing numerous roaches! It was TERRIBLE!!! The manager came the next day and treated the home but it did not work. After 5 of our 8 day stay we arranged to move somewhere else. What made it worse is we were told by the caretaker that they have known there was a roach problem Completely unacceptable. No host should have a property up for rent in this condition. I have left numerous message with Evolve- the company who manages the property for the last 4 days and have gotten absolutely no response. They should be ashamed of such a deplorable property as well as service.

Rockport Weekend

Great location. Really needs additional seating availability but overall we liked it. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom too. Could have used a fly swatter. LOL Would love to come when it's cooler and can take more advantage of the outside.

Great little cottage!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this rental. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had literally everything we could possibly need. With 4 kids , it gets expensive to eat out. We had everything we needed to cook meals there and we were only 2 blocks from an HEB. With only a 5 minute drive to the beach, this house worked out perfect for my family. We will definitely be returning!

We had our grand kids with us. 5 year old and 10 month old. There was plenty of room for them . House has everything you need. We had some questions when we got there and the host picked up the phone and gave us the answers we needed. Thanks again and we will come back

The house was cute and clean. The beds were comfy. Cooking was difficult. It took about 45 minutes to boil water on the stove. I’m not sure if it’s because the one big pot was warped on the bottom and wasn’t making contact with the burner or the burners didn’t heat evenly. (I think it was both.) Otherwise, we enjoyed the house.

Great stay in the cutest Seaside cottage!

This 3 bedroom cottage is decorated in beach theme and so comfortable. The beds were all so comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied and the backyard fire pit and BBQ grill made for a great stay. We sat on the front porch and listened to the sea gulls play. The breeze was perfect. We will be back!

Wonderful cottage in Rockport!

This cottage has everything to make your stay perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to the sea gulls nearby. We had a fire in the firepit in the backyard and enjoyed the stars and the quiet. The 3 bedrooms are all comfortable and the kitchen is nicely appointed. Loved the Keurig!
