Welcome to your next Coastal Bend destination and Home Away from Home!
Located on the Rockport/Fulton peninsula just a short drive to all the Coastal Bend, Fulton, and Rockport have to offer. Enjoy our cozy, updated two-bedroom, one-bath Texas Coastal Bend Cottage. Nestled on a large 1/4-acre lot with 26 live oak trees, and a rope lighted outdoor deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening steak on the grill. Our coastal bungalow is perfect for the couple who needs to get away from the rug rats, a family with children, or your annual guys or gals weekend to sit back after a day on the water with old friends, a cold beverage, and tell lies about the one that got away!

Parking: We welcome our Coastal Bend Anglers! Got a boat? Coming down for a guided bay or offshore trip? Bringing the team for an annual fishing tournament? We are here to accommodate. The single vehicle width driveway was designed long enough to accommodate a Pickup Truck, or full-size SUV with an attached 30' prop to tongue boat trailer, keeping your prized possession off the street and out of hotel parking lots.
TV & WiFi: The home is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi for all of your devices at 400MBPS. Netflix is available for movies. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's to watch all of your favorite content.
Working Remotely: Need to get away from it all, but still need to make those "Benjamins"? Bring your laptop for a few days, enjoy our complimentary coffee, and make that bank while working remotely. Then spend the rest of the day fishing or relaxing. (It's remote working, your boss won't know.)
Coffee Bar: Got coffee? Enjoy our complimentary coffee bar! Includes a Keurig coffee maker, a variety of creamers, sweeteners, and an assortment of coffee pods assured to start your day the right way.
Pets: We are pet friendly and your furry family member will enjoy our large fully fenced open air backyard. The custom framed hog wire panel fence was built with smaller breeds in mind (Toby our miniature Dachshund to be exact), but will also accommodate the big fellas too. The fence was intentionally designed with narrower spaces between welded wire near the bottom of the fence, and will give you peace of mind that Fido won’t be touring Fulton & Rockport without you.
Cleanliness, Hospitality, and your Privacy is our #1 Priority. Our professional cleaning service adheres to the highest cleaning standards, and the home is professionally cleaned after each guest’s stay and prior to your arrival to ensure your health, comfort and safety. We are always available during your vacation to gladly answer your questions or requests; however, we value your privacy and work hard to communicate all the information you will need prior to your arrival allowing you uninterrupted time with friends and family.
After a long day at the beach, antiquing in downtown Rockport, Birding, or catching that perfect slot red or monster trout in the flats of Redfish Bay or Estes. Enjoy a cold beverage, cook your favorite steak on the grill, or fry up the day’s bounty under the Oaks on our 400sqft rope lighted outdoor deck. With Fulton Beach Road just a short 4/10ths of a mile away.
Local Coastal Bend Amenities: Guests are a short drive to Fulton Pier, gift shops, boat ramps and tackle stores, or the many infamous Rockport/Fulton eateries, pubs, and restaurants.

The home sits one block West of Business 35, nestled on a 1/4 acre lot with 26 live oak trees. You are within a couple minutes drive to everything Rockport/Fulton offers. We make sure the home is well stocked with the amenities and necessities you will need during your stay and pride ourselves by providing you with more than just a place crash. I designed the driveway for a full size truck or SUV with a 30' tongue to prop boat and trailer to park comfortably keeping your rig off the street. We welcome our Gulf Coast anglers, birders, beach combers, and those who well...just want to have a cold beverage and do nothing. You're on "Peninsula Time" as we like to call it. Each bedroom and the living room has a smart TV connected to high speed reliable wi-fi with streaming services such as Netflix. The 400square foot deck under the oaks was built to encompass 5 large live oak trees, and provides a place to relax in the shade while cooking out, or enjoying the coastal breeze with your complimentary morning coffee. The home is not located within view of coastal waters, beaches, or bays, however, we are located a little less than half a mile West of Aransas Bay and Fulton beach road, and close to everything the area has to offer is within a few minutes drive. We want you to enjoy your vacation, and we go above and beyond to make sure your well deserved vacation is as hassle free as possible.

We are pet friendly. Our dogs are part of the family, and we understand the complexities and struggle when traveling with our furry family members. Let us solve your pet travel worries. Your dogs will love the fully fenced large backyard, and for those of us who enjoy the smaller pooches. I designed the open air framed hog wire fence for the wire panel to be narrower at the bottom so smaller dogs stay put. Our home is professionally cleaned after each guests to the highest standards for your health, comfort, and safety.
