Wifi is now available! Three bedrooms, two full baths. Country living with a touch of class: Newly constructed fourplex located in Tyler and convenient to Lindale, Van, Canton, and Texas Rose Horse Park, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer in the unit, wood-look tile and much more. No cable. There is a Smart TV with an HD antenna. No parties. $100 pet fee per pet.
Only dogs under 15 pounds are allowed. Must be kenneled, no aggressive breeds. No cats.

Excellent property in great location

This apartment was very clean and spacious. We had a good sized kitchen which included a table where we played games nightly. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good sized and we had room to hang out in the living room. We loved the location since it was in the beautiful Texas country but we could be at Starbucks, Chickfila, or Walmart in about 10 minutes. And of course it is about 20-30 minutes east of Canton where we attended the First Monday Trade Days. I would definitely stay here again!

Canton trip

We enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion would be a few more towels and wash cloths and kitchen towels. Hooks in bathrooms to hang clothes on and maybe a chair to sit in in the bedrooms. Nice place, good location and we really enjoyed all the places we ate in Lindale. Perry’s, Bar b que Love, Chili’s and Collin Street Bakery. 😎. Thank you

Quiet retreat

We stayed at this property as it was very close to Texas Rose Park. Very clean and fresh, all amenities, and close <5 mins away. Never heard anyone else even drive in on the gravel driveway. 10 mins to Lindale. Has Keurig coffee pot , if you drink more than 2 cups, bring some. Dishwasher soap provided. We really enjoyed our stay, have told all our friends and we will be back.

Don’t put Dog Friendly You’re not

Obviously, I’ve never written a review., the place was lightly equipped with stuff.and watch out for the dog policy. Lastly, my daughter was addressed by guy in pickup truck during a dog walk.

Great, quiet destination

Loved this rental. We were there 4 days and 3 nights. Large and spacious for our group. Used the kitchen for every meal. Kids could play and us not worry about them. Location is about 20 minutes out of town (Tyler) which made it a nice quiet getaway when our activities were done. Only negative is that the satellite (with 10ish channels) didn't work well due to overcast skies, and since there was no internet or wifi we couldn't stream using any of our services.. Overall a great place to stay and a true delight!

Great place to stay in the country!

This was a great place for my family and I to stay! Extremely clean and spacious. Tandrea was great to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. Will stay here again in the future.

Convenient

This property is perfect for show weekends at Texas Rose horse park. We did have a slight issue with the door code, but the problem was resolved quickly, and the owner came to check on everything shortly after, just to be sure we were set. Will stay again
