Urban living in a quiet, historic neighborhood! The Casita is a 0.5-mile walk to the Pearl complex & river. Casita is a charming, restored 1930s home w/ a covered porch, back deck w/ dining, huge indoor dining table, and 4 streaming TVs with Hulu Live with ESPN (watch your games!), Disney, and Prime. NEW A/C will keep you cool in the hot summer months.

The nearby Pearl provides upscale cuisine, bars, a local farmers market, shopping, & thoughtful outdoor areas, including a splash pad.
The Pearl has a farmer's market every Saturday and Sunday, along with special events all throughout the year. Brackenridge Golf Course is 1.3 miles away. The DoSeum and Witte are about 1.5 miles away. Only 1.7 miles from the Alamo downtown & less than a mile from all major highways. St. Mary's Strip is just a few blocks north.

Entertain in the dining room, which has a large rustic dining table with seating for 8+, a stand-up bar, and a 50-inch smart TV. The living room is cozy with two sofas and a 60-inch smart TV.

Our charming casita has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, with full mattresses on the bottom and twin on top. The first bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and the second bathroom has a shower.

The home is historic and has been recently restored! The home has updated modern comforts such as appliances and fixtures while keeping the historic charm of the original home, such as the bathroom tile and 91-year Art Deco old doors.

Each bedroom, the dining area, and the living room have Smart TVs (4 total) and access to some of your favorite streaming channels such as Hulu, Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney Plus.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove and oven, and a microwave. There is a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The backyard has a 6-foot privacy fence and the front yard has a 4-foot iron fence. There is a driveway with parking for 3-4 cars behind a 6-foot iron gate. You may also park one car in front of the gate and one in front of the house.

This home is in a community with wonderful neighbors that include the owners, other homeowners, renters, and vacation renters like yourselves who will welcome you! In turn, please respect the community. No parties please, but have fun and enjoy the area!

We moved this little casita! A perfect size for a couple traveling with or without kids. The house was so charming and you can tell it holds lots of memories from this lovely city! The renovations accenting the time period it was built are well done, and all the creature comforts are there. We would love to come back with the kids next year!

Nicely Restored Home near the Pearl District

Nice, clean house that is recently renovated located in the up and coming neighborhood that is very close to the Pearl District which has lots of fun shops and restaurants. It was perfect for a home base to explore San Antonio.

My two sons and I enjoyed our trip to SA and loved this place. It had everything we needed, the property manager was wonderful and very quick at communication. The location was perfect for the places we visited. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy House: Convenient Location

Just as described, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Pearl District, Riverwalk, and the Alamo. Clean and comfy with nice bathrooms and very good air conditioning. The owners were pleasant, responsive and very helpful!

Perfect for families with children

Cute little bungalow with holiday lights! Property was clean and well stocked. One room had two bunk beds and a pack and play, the kids loved it. A TV in every room too!

Quaint, clean and great locale!

Spring break

We stayed here a few days over spring break with our young children. The house is small but very comfortable, fit the 5 of us easily. The location is convenient for the Pearl and downtown. The owners were very accommodating, even provided us a pack and play, and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great San Antonio place to stay

If you’ve ever lived in/near a large Texas city downtown and like the old-school urban vibe you’ll love this little house. Getting in/out of downtown is relatively easy with multiple options and traffic was light during the week.One reason we like staying near downtown is that we not fighting traffic leaving in the AM and coming back in the evening as you’re usually driving against the busier traffic.The house was clean and our host was Johnny on the spot when I couldn’t troubleshoot the entry system. Our 8 and 11 year-olds were also huge fans of their bunk bed room. Thank you and we will be booking again.The Barnes family
