Location, Location, Location. Renovated with all the luxury finishes the meet the most discerning guest. This west end beach house, features Monument views, steps to Commercial St and the heart of downtown action of Provincetown. The property consists of a total of 4 bedrooms 3 and 1/2 baths, with full kitchens on each floor, so perfect for couples or families traveling together, but still would like to have some privacy. Each level is separated and not connected internal, with 2 bedrooms on each floor. One of the bedroom has a king size bed, which is a rarity in Ptown rentals. Parking for 2 cars, ample outdoor space, bbq and lush grounds. This home has never been rented before and building is owner occupied. Small pets considered.

Charming & Authentic Ptown vacation home

Comfortable guest home, decorated to enhance the unique charm of Provincetown. Great location just one block away from Commercial street and waterfront. The host was very friendly and helpful, and has a real talent for decorating. Fully-supplied with everything you'd need for a great visit. We stayed in the upstairs unit and enjoyed the nicely renovated kitchen and bathroom (with a view of the Pilgrim Monument from both the kitchen AND shower!) We didn't get a chance to use the patio, but it was an attractive outdoor space. Highly recommend this space for adults looking for a great authentic experience.

Quiet Oasis in the West End

We rented the upstairs and downstairs and both were perfectly suited for our vacation! Everything was at our fingertips all the time, it couldn't have been better. Michael was a fantastic communicator. It felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel with all the amenities. Kitchen had everything you needed and more. Outdoor areas are SO relaxing and became a necessity for meals at home. The location can't be beat. Close to everything. Just beyond the busy part of town. The home is so super adorable. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing!!!

We really lucked out with this spot. Half vacay half business trip with the PFM team and it was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better location or amenities. Host was flexible with us and we will certainly be back!

Amazing Time

We had an amazing time at Mike’s place in PTown. I’ve stayed at my fair share of vacation rentals and his has to be the most stocked one I have seen. He thought of everything you’d need to make it a great stay. The space is ideal in that you are near Commercial Street but not right on it, so you are a 5-10 min walk from all the excitement but still on a quiet street. The rooms are clean, outdoor space is lovely, and Mike was there to greet us but if he hadn’t been there, we could have easily self-checked in. Highly recommend!

Great for many reasons!

We had a great family vacation to P Town. Our accommodations were awesome. It was clean and totally full of all the amenities. The location is super central to anywhere you would want to go. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in PTown!
