This stunning home is ready for you to come enjoy it! The charming cross between the sleek, modern lines of the new construction, and the quaint feel of the cabin decorations work together to create a home that you will love to stay in! Spread out over two stories and featuring 3 different master bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and large closet, this home will provide plenty of space for you and your group. Located within walking distance from the new grocery store, you'll have easy access to anything you'll need. You can't beat the location, being situated right in the middle of the Utah Marina and all your favorite shake shops and restaurants in Garden City. (Only a 1/4th mile walk to get to either the marina or downtown Garden City). With parking for up to 9 cars, Bearadise Lakehouse is the perfect set-up to bring all of your cars, trailers and toys to play hard during the day, and have a beautiful place to call home base in the evenings.

Bearadise Lakehouse comes with access to the community pool, hot tub and clubhouse! Warm up with a quick dip in the hot tub after a long day on the lake, or enjoy a more relaxing day at the pool, both of which are just down the street from the driveway.
(**PLEASE NOTE: HOA community pool and hot tub are open late May to early Sept only, closed from early Sept to late May!)

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make your favorite meals. Two dining tables provide plenty of space for your whole group to gather together during meal times, and the large couch provides a great place to sit comfortably in front of the large TV. There is a large patio, a BBQ grill and plenty of grassy yard that is perfect for playing yard games or gathering to eat outdoors.

For your convenience in planning, here is the exact arrangement of each of the bedrooms:

Upstairs Master #1: King (En Suite Master Bath)

Wonderful property close to everything! A beautiful home with lots of room for our group. We loved the open kitchen family room and we had fun playing the games. We used the grill and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the check in and out process was easy. Thanks for the wonderful memories! Truly a BEARADISE!

Great area, beautiful home

Zero complaints about the amenities, location, access, cleanliness, etc. Everything was great and my children/grandchildren enjoyed it. Just a few minor issues that were a bit disappointing: first, the natural gas appliances didn't seem to work super well. The oven took ages to heat, the grill out back couldn't get to temperature (>400). We struggled with some BBQ plans - in the end it all worked out. The second issue was the WiFi - it was more on the level of community wifi - 20M/10M - which is just OK. The third issue was the showers were warm, but not hot. All in all, we enjoyed are stay and had a great time!

Perfection

Great for multiple families with the 3 master bedroom set up. Kids loved the triple bunks! Close to grocery store, gas station, marina and most importantly within a mile walk to La’beaus!

Bear lake

The house was beautiful and a great location. TVs in every room which is one of the reasons we chose that house, however no cable and internet was sketchy so we couldn’t really watch tv. The pool was overcrowded and hot tub was full of kids so made that hard to enjoy. The house was nice and roomy so I would probably choose again.

Great location!

We loved staying at Bearadise! The main floor is nice and roomy. So nice and new. Decor was cute! One thing that others might want to know is that the bathroom situation is unusual. The only showers/tubs are in the en suites. We had 7 adults in other rooms that had to check with others to use their shower. Just a bit awkward for them not having their own. Otherwise, a fantastic time was had by all!!

Great Vacation Home

We needed a place that we could get together for a family vacation and enough room for quiet time. This home has three master bedrooms and a bunk room and then a room with a Queen over Queen bunk. It worked great for us and are looking forward to staying here again. The host was also very responsive.

Great house, but cleanliness issue

We loved the location of the house and amenities such as access to pool and clubhouse, but were disappointed in the state of the home when we first arrived. The showers had sand and hair in them. There was food and wrappers in and under the couches. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned. The floors were sticky and dirty. The comforters had stains and hair on them. Everything else was new, clean and comfortable such as TVs and beds. The carpets had been vacuumed, but it was almost as if the cleaning crew didn’t finish. Not sure if this was just a one-off problem because considering the substantial cleaning fee, we expected it to be pristine. Other than having to spend the first evening cleaning the house, we really enjoyed our time here and it would have been perfect had it been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a great time at the Bearadise Lakehouse. The room arrangement is perfect for multiple families and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The location to the beach is nice although not really walkable. Having the grocery store close by was very convenient. The property manager was very quick to respond to us and preemptively came by to check in with us during a neighborhood-wide power outage. We would definitely stay here again.

Great memories at the lake!

We had our whole family together at the lake this year and this home was perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone, beautifully decorated, well furnished with all the things we needed. Great location too! Walking distance to all our favorite places to eat and a short drive to the beach. Would stay again.
