This amazing condo unit is right on the Beach, just minutes from shopping in Aventura. Minutes away from hot South Beach . Gulfstream Park is a few miles away, with new Casino. Gambling at the Hard Rock Casino . Miami Seaquarium, Parrot Jungle and Cruise ship ports for Ft. Lauderdale and Miami are within a 25 minute drive. For the scuba diving lovers, there is a magnificent reef at a swimming distance from the building shoreline

Perfect Hosts and Setting

Our hosts Andrei and Elena were very welcoming and flexible. The Condo was spacious and as pictured. Having two bathrooms with teenage girls was wonderful. The pool was well maintained and a big hit on the days the ocean was windy. We would definitely love to return next year! Thank you. Marika

Perfect getaway

This is an excellent apartment with a perfect location and amenities. It has a lovely layout of two bedrooms, separated by a living room with bathrooms, ideal for a family of four. However, it's not a luxury condo; like all rental properties in the area, it will take you back in time. I would lower expectations to enjoy it. Excellent hosts who will take care of your stay and are very accommodating! The only con we had was that there was no working oven. They had an air fryer, which was great, but you won't be able to reheat pizza due to its size. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay very much and will contact Andrey next time we look for a rental in the area!

Snowbird Stay

The property and staff are top notch and the couple from whom we rented were exceptional. The only possible complaint was the lack of beach chairs on some days. Our owners would have provided chairs for us even though that was the management’s responsibility. As that is the only criticism from a 90-day stay says it all.

Perfect March getaway

Wonderful spot for tennis enthusiasts right on the beach. Elena was very easy to work with and prompt with answers to questions. if anything, the condo is nicer than the photos. We'd definitely return if looking for a relaxing beach/tennis vacation

TERRIFIC TIME AT 2080 S.OCEAN !

Just had the best time at 2080 S Ocean. Elena and Andrei were wonderful hosts. The apartment was as described. Perfect for our needs. Full kitchen with enough pots pans cutlery dishes etc. great amenities at the building…. Beach and pool are steps away. Beach is clean and well maintained and Hallandale life guard stand nearby. Lots of umbrellas and lounges for the building residents available and very nice staff to set them up for you on the beach. Pool with jacuzzi and lots of tables umbrellas and lounges. Terrific security you need photo pass cards (electronic) to enter building, common areas and pool so make sure to get those done before arrival. Andrei coordinates this very well before your arrival so pay attention to his email requests for a smooth arrival. Some paperwork and headshot photos for ID required but well worth the effort.. When we arrived late in the day on a Friday all security passes were ready for us because the office closes for the weekend. Reasonable fee for parking tag for my rental. Three elevators always quick and dependable. Shopping carts in basement to help you bring groceries to your unit. Such a well maintained building and can’t say enough how happy we were the two weeks there.
