The Eagle's Hideaway is a fun, family friendly and comfortable classic beach home on the unique little PC airstrip. This location is down a quiet dead-end street, but just a quick .3 mile walk to the beach. This home has sunny decks on both sides of the house--from the front you can see the sunsets over the Nestucca River, and from the back you watch the aircraft come and go throughout the day. Kids will love the downstairs basement family/bunk room. Adults will be happy with the 2 king-sized beds!

Downstairs has entry into garage and family room with 2 twin beds, TV, games and foosball. Upstairs has dining area, spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom with king bed and master bath, bedroom with king bed, hall bath with shower. Garage available for storage but not parking.

Neighborhood:
This home is located on Rueppel Avenue which is a quick walk to the beach, and is bordered by the PC airstrip and the Nestucca River. It is a quiet, dead-end lane not busy with tourists. It is an easy walk to the beach or the cafes, bar and shops in the village of Pacific City.Access

This home is pet friendly for only one dog. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
