The East End of St. Thomas has it all: beaches, boating, diving, restaurants, night life, shopping and a quick ferry ride over to St. John! Whether you want relaxation or adventure (or both), the two-bedroom "Brooksea" condo with new furnishings is in the middle of paradise, and you can take in stunning views of the hills of St. John and sailboats passing by from the breezy balcony.

New appliances, including a washer-and-dryer, give this condo a fresh, relaxing feel. The kitchen is equipped with a regular oven as well as a microwave/convection oven and plenty of kitchen gadgets for those who enjoy cooking. The master bedroom has a king-sized, tempur-pedic mattress, while the guest bedroom has a twin-over-full-size bunkbed, with plenty of storage area underneath.

With this family-friendly condo, you will have access to a beachfront pool, workout gym, tennis courts, and yoga room. You can walk along the beach to Caribbean Fish Market (great dinner and Sunday brunch spot) and Sangria's (great lunch spot), or take a very quick drive to Red Hook for more dining, shopping, and nightlife options. Two great scuba diving shops - Aqua Action and Red Hook Dive Center - are very close as well.

Enjoyable 3 generation girls trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean, quiet location, and very comfortable beds. The power went out twice in the building, unrelated to weather, but condo staff worked quickly to get it restored. Our stay was during tropical storm Ernesto and staff stopped by to help make sure furniture was in and secure. The host, Nathan, was in contact with us to make sure we were ok and offered an extended stay if we were not able to make it out as planned. The only downside to the condo is that the beach right there was not swimmable, but a short walk away there was one, along with two restaurants to enjoy. The condo’s beach is still a nice place to sit and enjoy the view, with chairs laid out to use.

Great spot in the middle of the action

Great host. Place exactly as described. Local manager at quick attention for any issues. Location was prime. Close to redhook downtown, close to st john ferry, close to some of the most beatiful beaches i have ever been to!! Apartment had everything we needed! Check in/out was smooth and easy! Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Already looking to come back for more fun in the sun.

Beyond expectations

Loved every minute of it. After adventures in snorkeling, zip lining, kayaking and everything else, this was the perfect place to come back too. Beautiful view and we loved relaxing at the pool throughout our stay. The property manager, Brittany, was friendly and prompt in responding to any question we had. Owner, Nathan, also very friendly and willing to help us. It is hard to leave.

Good communication from owner, had everything we needed. Another review mentioned that it was within walking distance to some restaurants, but that’s not true. You’ll need to take a taxi or drive to any restaurants because of the terrain. Our recommendations are going to the food center. That’s just about a mile to the west to stock up on supplies. Also, Sunset Grill at secret Harbor resort was our favorite. We went there multiple times on our trip. Red hook was not family friendly and parking was a challenge. Be sure to buy bottled water. Condo had a comfortable bed, and an amazing view of the sunrise.

Anchorage condo 2024

Had a great stay. Our accommodation had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Nathan our host promptly and accurately answered all of the questions we had for him. We would not hesitate in returning again someday. We also appreciated the little extras such as beach chairs and towels to use during our stay.

Great Host with a Great Property

Are you looking for a Great Host, that has an amazing property? Nathan is wonderful!! The moment I booked the place to the time we departed we had continuous communication with him. He gave us so many ideas to visit and good places to eat. The property is clean, quiet and WELL equipped. When I say equipped, I mean from all the spices down to the beach equipment. The property is close to other properties so we walked over and had dinner a couple of days. If you need a taxi just call Eastend they know exactly where the property is located. We had a mishap because of me and Nathan replied within minutes to help get us back on track. Wheew!! Met Brittany and she’s wonderful. You will not be disappointed!!

Great stay

We had a great stay. The condo was just right for us. Everything you want in a cozy condo. Close to everything. Be aware the beach here is tiny and you will have to commute to St Thomas’ beautiful beaches. It wasn’t a problem for us.

Great get-away!

Nice location, quiet, with view of the water! The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The yacht club restaurant was convenient. We had a great time and would stay here again. Thank you Nathan!

Great place for families

Nathan is a great host! Communication was fantastic and the property is close to a few restaurants within walking distance and only a 6 minute drive to red Hook. It has its own small beach and pool. Close to the ferry to St. John’s. Condo is well stocked with spices, pots/pans and small coffee maker. Nice grill to use also.
