This beautiful, bright, spacious contemporary, and kids / family friendly home is situated in the Hampton Waters neighborhood. Tons of light bathes the living area with multiple skylights and large sliders leading out to the pool. A classic take on the modern style, the open plan kitchen and living area blend seamlessly to the outdoor pool area and enclosed heated sun room. The house features three bedrooms and two baths, full basement with an attached garage. All 3 brs are on one open floor.

Hamptons Stay

This was the best Hamptons stay I have ever experienced - and primarily because of this beautiful, modern home. The pictures do not do justice to this incredible abode; clean, modern lines emanate from within and are only accentuated by the beautiful pool. Moreover, the host was beyond gracious and available. The home is also conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood close to such fine establishments such as Sisi restaurant. Overall, the premier Hamptons experience.

Our Hamptons getaway

Overall, we had fun and we enjoyed our stay at Yinying’s house. We stayed for 5nights. The house was clean, the sheets were clean, the three bedrooms were just perfect for my family and my in laws, there were 8 of us. I just wished the pool was heated. My son had a blast having that nice pool, i went in once, it was still refreshing but it was cold. She needs to do a few updates, like maybe new grill? It was rusty we couldn’t use it, and the bathroom in the master’s bedroom needs a privacy film? Or shades. I was very conscious coz the next door neighbor would be able to see us peeing or if we just stepped out of the shower. Same with the bedroom, just needs curtains maybe by the sliding door. She had some basic stuff like paper towels, soap etc. i like the kitchen and just the open concept space of the house. It is in a secluded area btw but we felt safe, we walked around the neighborhood. It is 10mins away from the town of East Hampton where the main spots are. It’s a quick drive to Citarella and to a few shops. I would stay there again next summer! Yinying was very nice and accommodating to our needs. She had a pool cleaner come when I asked her if it’s okay because the pool got dirty from the storm. Would recommend for your next summer getaway in the Hamptons!
