Welcome to this brand-new relaxing home with a private pier by the water for your getaway. It is perfect for vacations, retreats, meetings, and BUSINESS travelers! Create lifelong memories and beautiful experiences while you enjoy a 4500' home party or event.
House has three floors.
Low level one bedroom, game room, bar, Ping pond stable.
First-floor one-bedroom, one full bathroom, one haft bath, dining room, office, family room, breakfast room, and kitchen.
The second floor has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Three queen beds and three king beds.
Backyard deck, gas fire pit, wood fire pit, pier, five kayaks, crabbing, and fishing.

The house was very nice, beds were extremely comfortable. The property itself was really cool, we enjoyed spending some time on the dock. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you would need to put together a family meal. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pans, pots, etc..

We had a wonderful family get together at the house. Lots of space for large groups, including legit 6 bedrooms all with their own full bathroom except two that shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Our family enjoyed the kayaks, ping pong and fuss all. Host was very responsive when we had a question. I recommend this property.

We had such an amazing and relaxing stay at this beautiful property. There was something for everyone. Great fishing off the pier for the boys, a fantastic game room for the kiddos and tons of space to relax and a fully stocked kitchen to cook in for the rest of us. The owners were very responsive and communicative. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being provided with kayaks and a canoe. It is a quick trip to Annapolis and even a good location to travel to Baltimore or DC. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed at this house for a girls trip. There were five of us total and it was nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and own bathroom. The house was clean. The bedding was very nice and everything smelled fresh. The location by the water was excellent. There was an issue with the huge master bedroom upstairs, but just with the TV. The one girl couldn’t hear it and the volume button on the remote did not work, but the remote worked the TV for everything else. So we tried using one of the other remotes to turn the volume up and that worked enough for her just for the short time we were there. Everything else was great and good communication with the host. would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home!

This is a large, well appointed, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It has 6 large bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. It also has a large kitchen, living room, and dining room with plenty of cooking and dining supplies. The back porch has lots of furniture and a nice grill.

We enjoyed the whole time!

We enjoyed the whole time. This property is very clean and beautiful. The host is very friendly and easy to reach! We like the inside and outside. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen cookware and dining set are nice. We will comeback for sure!

Great home and host!

Great hike with plenty of room for large family. John has added a fire pit and chairs to deck, which is a nice touch. Propane tanks filled and available. John is a very responsive host and took care of any issue we had. The neighborhood HOA very sensitive to street parking but plenty of parking at property. Was perfect for commissioning week.

Very easy and organized process.

Great property. Plenty of room. Beautiful space. Great TVs and entertainment space for a rainy day. Near stores and restaurants. The only downsides were20-30 minutes from Annapolis and no place to swim.

Wonderful for a family gathering of 11

The bedrooms and baths and lounging spaces were more than adequate for our family. The kitchen easily accommodated several cooks. The cookware could have included a few smaller items as there was tons of storage space. We enjoyed the swing under the deck and the lower fire pit.
