This property is in a busy neighborhood that puts you right into the Parisian life. This may not work for some people. There are restaurants on the corner and a small grocery store around the corner. The Louvre and Notre Dame are a 30 minute walk away. My only problem with the apartment is that Orbitz listed it as a 6 person place but it's better for 4. There are two beds and one is a fold out.

"Appartement au Cœur de Paris" translated to English means "Apartment in the heart of Paris"... is hosted by Sébastien the host with a big heart.Every room is delightful. The charming living room (which faces vibrant Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin) has a dining table with 4 chairs, green plants, and, a sofa that turns into a double-size bed; I was quite comfortable. My friend enjoyed the bedroom. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom face a school’s courtyard; so quiet when school is not in session. Separate toilet with small sink. A washing machine. A sweet apartment.Only steps away are... the magnificent la mairie du 10ᵉ arrondissement de Paris, an organic grocery store, an artisan boulangerie-patisserie, and many restaurants and shops. Standing outside the building, you can see Gare de l’Est, only 750 meters (half mile) away; in the other direction is Porte Saint-Martin, Boulevard Saint-Martin which becomes Boulevard Saint-Denis…all less than a quarter mile away. To know that I can walk westerly just 35 minutes to reach Palais Garnier (in the 9th arrondissement) or southerly 25 minutes to get to The Seine … makes my heart dance.Of course riding buses to see Paris neighborhoods is pure joy too.Of course the Metro system is excellent.Mille mercis! I wish Sébastien, Marion, Esther and everyone excellent health and happiness always!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Paris. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um Paris zu besuchen. Sébastien ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und uns gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und im typischen Pariser Stil eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
