家Leifsstadirは、Eyafjordの東斜面のAkureyriのすぐ外に位置しています。 広々とした家具は快適な内装で、最大8人まで収容できます。
12,000平方メートルの建物は十分なプライバシーを提供します。 ゲストの安全のために、警報システムと防犯カメラが設置されています。

材料と家具の選択においては、よく守られたデザインと良質のものが重視されていました。 家には部分的に保護されたアンティーク家具が置かれています。

家は2014年10月に買収され、2015年7月まで改装されました。

Absolutely GORGEOUS property with exceptional views from the living areas. We loved this home! It has everything you will ever need for a fabulous stay in Iceland. Very clean home with responsive host. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the northern part of Iceland.

This must be a hidden gem in Akureyri! The villa sits on a vast piece of land with its own private road. It is spacious and exquisitely furnished and expounds a luxurious feeling. The villa is well kept and clean.The rooms are spacious and the open concept kitchen is furnished with all the amenities needed for big family meals.Great views from the patio, especially when planes take off and land from the airstrip in the valley below.The owners and the house keeper are super friendly and responsive.We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.Ps. The hot tub at the patio was a great bonus!!

Gorgeous and very large. Excellent views and minutes to downtown. Great convenience to have laundry. ( microwave didn’t work and had trouble with the lock. )

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The house is a beautiful contemporary design, with gorgeous views out over the fjord. High ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness, and was physically very comfortable for our family. The service side of things did not match expectations, especially given the price. There was no shampoo, body wash, or detergent provided. After discussion with the property manager, body wash was provided. Only two of three bedrooms were setup for guests, with the expectation apparently being that the children needed to share rooms unless specifically discussed ahead of time. This was also rectified. The hot tub was not clean, and a request to have it cleaned was not followed up on. Wall controls are used to control many functions in the house, and no longer work in all the rooms. We did not appreciate being given a list of checkout tasks given the substantial cleaning fee paid.In summary, we can recommend the house as a comfortable place to stay, but it feels like corners are being cut which was irritating given the price paid.

Ein fantastischer Ort mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einem sehr netten Eigentümer. Man merkt, das hier auf eine gute Ausstattung geachtet wurde - die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Dusche herrlich und der Hot Tub schnell gefüllt. Herzlichen Dank, dass wir dieses Haus genießen durften.

A wonderful property in an incredible place

Stunning and convenient location for the town and airport yet felt like a sufficient distance away, wonderful modern property that was perfect for our family (of seven), lovely hot tub, great location for Aurora spotting and forest lagoon. Friendly and communicate hosts who interacted with us at all stages. A wonderful first visit to Akureyri - we will be back again soon!

Great stay in Akureyri!

Well stocked house with great location - outside of the bustle of town but close enough to quickly access everything. Forest Lagoon just down the road was perfect for a relaxing dip, they are even open late so you can stop by after dinner! Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would stay again if back in the area!

Fabulous stay!

Beautiful house! Huge and well equipped. Lovely and warm. Worth noting that the sofa bed in the fourth bedroom is only really big enough for one adult or two children. Also worth saying that there is no TV in the house- didn’t bother us as we were out a lot, but it might bother other people. The house is very tech heavy- which was a bit tricky as the main screen in the kitchen didn’t seem to be working but we figured it out through trial and error. We would definitely be back- loved it!

North Iceland Winter Trip

The home was beautiful and expansive, and was perfect for our family of four. The garage was a great feature for moving children and luggage during the cold. And the home was very close to the town which made our stay convenient. Would definitely stay again , amazing value also.
