この家はスイスの建築家によって設計され、2009年に完成しました。 夏と冬の快適な屋内気候に大きな価値が置かれました。 家は自然にお湯で加熱されます。 大きな窓からは、フィヨルドの印象的な景色と天気を楽しめます。 冬には、家を出ずにオーロラを見ることができます。
家は3つの独立した部屋とバスルームで構成されています。 メインルームには大きなテーブルとキッチンがあります。 マスターベッドルームには、ダブルベッドとフィヨルドの景色を望むソファがあります。 子供部屋にはキャビンベッドがあります。 大きなシャワー付きの黒いスレートのバスルームは、家の中央に位置しています。 キッチンには2つのホットプレート、冷蔵庫、十分な料理があります。 WiFiとインターネットアクセスが可能なPCを利用できます。

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere die fantastische Lage direkt über dem Fjord mit Walsichtung vom Sofa aus war klasse. Das Häuschen ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Angenehm die Spülmaschine, Tabs waren vorhanden. Ungewöhnlich das Elternbett auf einem Gestell aus Karton - aber ich habe sehr gut geschlafen! Wer ausreiten möchte: In wenigen Kilometern Entfernung bietet Polar Hestar 1-3 stündige Ausritte an. Wir waren auf der dreistündigen Tour mit toller Aussicht auf den Fjord alleine.

Unglaublich tolle schöne Unterkunft, sehr gute luxuriose Einrichtung, wie zu Hause, Jura Kaffee Maschine, etc., sogar mit Bodenheizung. Schöner Vorplatz und Aussicht zum Fjord. In wenigen Min. Schon in Akureyri.

We absolutely loved our three nights here. So peaceful and relaxing. Location was great, amazing views, and comfortable beds. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Tolle Wohnung in fantastischer Lage. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank, großes Eisfach und einen 4-Platten Herd. Das Bad ist groß und mit Regendusche. Das 2. Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett ist etwas klein aber bei der Umgebung ist man sowieso mehr draußen. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Einziges kleines Manko war der nicht verfügbare Grill der gem. Beschreibung hätte vorhanden sein sollen. Auf Nachfrage bei Thomas wurde uns aber eine alternative Lösung angeboten. Es waren wunderbare 11 Nächte in der Unterkunft.

Wunderbar gelegene Lokation, ruhig und sehr gepflegt, direkte Lage mit Sicht auf das Meer. Zur nächsten Stadt 20 Minuten Autofahrt. Gute Ausgangsposition für Wanderungen. Bequeme Betten, sehr gute hochwertige Ausstattung.

The property is absolutely amazing. The views are incredible and the property itself is very modern and well designed and furnished. The floors have radiant heating which was extremely pleasant. About 30-40 minutes from downtown. We stayed for a week and found it to be beyond perfect. Would definitely recommend staying at Nollur farms. The views, property attention to detail will not disappoint.

Amazing view, cozy cabin, love the heated floors. It's further out of town, bring coffee, tea, etc. kitchen utensils are well stocked. The view and quiet is amazing.

Nicht nur die Lage sondern auch die Unterkunft an sich war wirklich traumhaft. Für uns zwei war das Ferienhaus völlig ausreichend , alles vor Ort was benötigt wird. Thomas haben wir auch noch kennenlernen dürfen und hatten ein nettes Gespräch , fühlten uns willkommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Amazing views of the fiord. Can not beat the location for viewing the northern lights. It is the second time staying at this property and every time it will be a must stay on the trip!

Beautiful House with amazing view

The Houses in Nollur are super clean and spaceous. We ordered a babybed, which was already in the house when we arrived. Communication with the owner was super fast and friendly.The view is superior, we were lucky to see northern lights from the bedroom twice

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Hütte liegt perfekt in der Nähe von Akureyri. Sie ist in die wunderschöne Umgebung gut eingebettet. In der Hütte hat es alles, was man braucht.

going back to a place speaks for itself

icland for us is a place with some profound memories... this place thomas built, Nollur, has its position in our history. and its so nice to see, after years gone by, to come back to that place, and its overall quality is still there in the same way.from my perspective it has it all. great location. remote but still within a reasonable drive to akureyri, its so calm. but you can see the force of nature, and if you want to, go out an feel it! ;-)its built simple but high quality. sturdy. elegant. no overload in decoration because it does not need to. its cosy, gives you a sense of protectivness. built within the locations natural shape. unobtrusive. i very much like that. kudos to the bulider, thomas, who probably put tons of thouhts into the layout of the property, the positioning of the buildings, the easiness but thoughfullness of so many details. with all those aspects its value proposition is so different from any other comercial vacation home/place.thx! to the people who do things differntly!we will come again...

Peaceful fjord view.

This was our favorite place we stayed in the two weeks we spent driving around this beautiful country. The views from every room are expansive and the Aurora Borealis put on a show. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to cook full meals. It is clean, bright and easy to get to.
