この家はスイスの建築家によって設計され、2009年に完成しました。 夏と冬の快適な屋内気候に大きな価値が置かれました。 家は自然にお湯で加熱されます。 大きな窓からは、フィヨルドの印象的な景色と天気を楽しめます。 冬には、家を出ずにオーロラを見ることができます。
家は3つの独立した部屋とバスルームで構成されています。 メインルームには大きなテーブルとキッチンがあります。 マスターベッドルームには、ダブルベッドとフィヨルドの景色を望むソファがあります。 子供部屋にはキャビンベッドがあります。 大きなシャワー付きの黒いスレートのバスルームは、家の中央に位置しています。 キッチンには2つのホットプレート、冷蔵庫、十分な料理があります。 WiFiとインターネットアクセスが可能なPCを利用できます。

Amazing view, cozy cabin, love the heated floors. It's further out of town, bring coffee, tea, etc. kitchen utensils are well stocked. The view and quiet is amazing.

The property is absolutely amazing. The views are incredible and the property itself is very modern and well designed and furnished. The floors have radiant heating which was extremely pleasant. About 30-40 minutes from downtown. We stayed for a week and found it to be beyond perfect. Would definitely recommend staying at Nollur farms. The views, property attention to detail will not disappoint.

Amazing

Amazing views of the fiord. Can not beat the location for viewing the northern lights. It is the second time staying at this property and every time it will be a must stay on the trip!

Beautiful cottage on the fjord

Great location if you want to get away from it all. Property was clean, kitchen was well apppinted and practical, and the views out the back window and patio were stunning. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House with amazing view

The Houses in Nollur are super clean and spaceous. We ordered a babybed, which was already in the house when we arrived. Communication with the owner was super fast and friendly.The view is superior, we were lucky to see northern lights from the bedroom twice

Amazing place with a stunning view

Beautiful place to stay, the views over the bay are amazing, only a 15 minute drive to downtown akureyri, yet peacefull and quiet in the house. Owner of the buildings is a great guy, can help you with anything, giving recommendation or just a chat. Will be visiting again on future iceland trips.

Peaceful fjord view.

This was our favorite place we stayed in the two weeks we spent driving around this beautiful country. The views from every room are expansive and the Aurora Borealis put on a show. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to cook full meals. It is clean, bright and easy to get to.

Beautiful property close to Akureyri

This property was gorgeous. It had all of the essentials. It was a beautiful location if you like to get away from the city centres and the view is incredible! We even saw the northern lights. Very comfortable and spacious.

Lovely cottage with amazing views

This is a lovely cottage for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Iceland. Kitchen is well equipped and space is ample for a family of 3. Expect to drive always to get to the premier hikes but a great place to come home to at the end of the day.

Stunning place on the fjord

This was a highlight of our trip. Views from the place out to the fjord and the mountains are stunning, and everything in the house is new and well-designed and thought out. Kitchen is stocked with quality pans. Thomas provided a book with lots of local tips, including restaurants and hikes, which we made good use of. It's a bit off the beaten track, and for us that is a plus! I would totally recommend this place.

Relaxation at its finest

I am so glad we found this listing. Being right on a fjord was awesome. The first morning there we saw and heard whales. The property is just far enough from town but not to far. We were able to drive to the tourist sites and not be rushed. For our first trip to Iceland, this location was perfect.
