Quick weekend getaway

This was perfect for us to stay while we golfed at nearby courses and ate good food. Lots of beds and great sized common areas to all hang out.

Great stay

Our family had a great week in Sunriver. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Our check in process was easy. The kids had a great time riding bikes in the circle out front. Thanks for everything!

Just Right!

This was one of two houses rented for a company retreat. I didn't hear any complaints! We loved the living room seating for our crowd. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Thank you for your feedback. Although the home does not have A/C, Sunset Lodging does have portable units available for those hot summer days. The home is equipped with Hi Speed Wifi as well as cable so if it was not working during your stay, we would have gladly sent staff out to the home to assist you in any way possible. Please know that our staff and the hot tub company are available 24/7 and the contact information is located throughout the home and we would have gladly taken care of any issues if you had alerted us. We hope that you will come back to visit Sunriver soon.

Rustic is another way to say dated……

The place was cleaned well, but I would never stay here again or recommend. Hot tub was filthy with algae growing in it. It was really gross. AC did not work. 90+ degree temps. Would’ve been nice to be able cool down. Beds were uncomfortable. Privacy was so so. You have 2 neighbors right behind with windows open. Wrap around Deck was a little suspect with boards being warped and loose. I wish I would’ve know all this before renting. Avoid if you can…….

Thank you for the feedback regarding your stay. We will ensure that the proper personnel is notified. It does look like you contacted the office on the day of your departure regarding the hot tub which was relayed to the hot tub company. For future reference, the hot tub company does have a 24-hour phone to assist you with any problems. If you contacted them and there was no response, we would then make every effort to get a hold of them. This home does not have A/C and is not advertised as having it. SROA prohibits fences around properties. Only privacy fences around the deck and/or hot tubs are allowed. The photos of the home do show that there is no fencing present. We hope you did enjoy your stay and we hope you will visit Sunriver again soon.

Family vacation 2017

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally paid for another house and that became unavailable. So the rental gave us some different options. The original house came with SHARC passes, this one paid up to $50.00 a day. The house was great for our family. The bedrooms were great. Kitchen was very usable and well stock for cooking. One burner on the stove did not work. The BBQ work great. The railing on the deck was unsafe. It is very loose. I think it was something that should have been taken care of before we arrived. Workers did come out unannounced and worked on it. We had a baby trying to take a nap! The deck railing was still loose, but a little better. We loved the big wheel for the little ones. Two of the bike were unusable. Flat tires and loose seats. Hot tub was great. Could not take a showers at the same time someone got cold water. The water seemed very hot. Upon arrival the code did not work, but called and got it taken care of right away. Very helpful. There was a lot of room to park for 3 families. We had a great time.

Very nice house

House was big and open and could easily accommodate two families. Living room had comfortable couches and chairs, bedrooms were good (mattresses a little on the older side but still comfy after a day of riding bikes and rafting). Hot tub was open to the back yard which is a huge PLUS in SunRiver. Large deck that was in great (new?) shape with plenty of seating and shade. Easy access to the trails and lots of wildlife around the house.

Beautiful Time Capsule

This house is a huge, lovely, blast from the past. The ceilings are beautiful and everything worked great. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us and everything we wanted to do. The garage was full of firewood and we loved drinking cocoa by the fire and watching the snow fall. Thank you!

Homey, Comfortable home within close proximity of the Village and Lodge

This home, in definite 80s style, is homey and comfortable. It was the perfext size for our 3 families. The close proximity to the Village and Lodge via a car or the bike paths was a huge perk. The property manager was great and the property was just as described.

great for a long weekend with friends!

we enjoyed staying here! the kitchen, common area, and living room are great for a group of 8. the bedrooms were also great and had enough space to feel comfortable. the hot tub was in a weird spot but still worked great, and maintenance came right away when we had a question about it. things to note: the stove/oven seems a little older, so we were able to cook a couple meals with it but kept the meals simple. also, there was no salt or pepper in the kitchen. lastly, the bikes in the garage weren't really usable

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is clean and the functional, however, it is in need of updating. The furnishings (beds, couches, carpet, oven, dishwasher, hot water heater etc.) are in need of being replaced. However, the bones of the home are great and with some updating, it has potential to be a very nice place. I would not return or recommend this house until these things happen!

Siskin 9 perfectly located

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We selected 9 Siskin due to its location near the river in the quiet north end of Sunriver. The upstairs part is wonderful - large living room, several dining areas and tables which fit our party. The kitchen was very well stocked. The downstairs, however, was not insulated and therefore noisy when someone was upstairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. Nice layout and fireplace but home is getting dated. Fan on range doesn't work and cupboard doors especially under sink are difficult to open and close. Nice gas grill on the deck. Beds were comfortable.

10 Sparks Lane (July 2016)

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Sunriver. A quick summary of the home @10 Sparks Lane. - Close to SHARC/Village/etc... Easy bike ride or quick drive. - No AC. Summer time can get warm there. Wasn't a HUGE problem, just be mentally prepared. - Master bed/pillows...ok. Nothing to write home to mom about. - TV....couldn't get it to work properly...we didn't put a lot of time into figuring it out...but it wasn't easy to figure out which input, etc... - Bikes...there are some bikes in the garage that are available for use. But they pretty much are useless. I don't recall them being listed as an amenity during your stay...but it didn't matter because they were useless. Plan on bringing your own or renting. - Hot tub. Hot and ready when you need it. No privacy fence but it was relaxing.
