The house was beautiful! Spacious, well appointed, wonderful bathrooms for each bedroom. Great kitchen for cooking and seating for our 18 person group! Lots of refrigerator space. Fun games for all ages, such as corn hole, foosball, ping pong and a great game table. Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful property!

Amazing Property

This property is simply amazing. Every room has its own private bathroom, the kitchen is better than home with plenty of storage, everything is immaculately clean and comfortable. The flexibility of private rooms, the extra house, the yard, just really everything is so accommodating. Book it, but not when I want to because we'll be back for sure!

This place was amazing! The hosts are wonderful and have thought of everything that you might need or want - there's even a stash of items that you might have forgotten (toothpaste, sunscreen, aloe vera, etc.). Our group was 5 adults, 5 teens (15-17) and a 7-year-old + a dog.

Family get together

Our family all came together for a weekend trip to Powell. And this home was the best. The grandkids had fun playing games and playing in the hot tub. And the adults had fun visiting with each other!

awesome place!

we loved the property- we had 3 families with kids, and rented the main house and casita. It was wonderful- clean, spacious etc. Very convenient with extra chargers, tons of supplies for cooking, lots of little things like condiments and seasonings, etc. Makes it nice when you're traveling. Our kids loved the electronic game table. And location is very close to Horseshoe bend, Lake Powell, Antelope canyon. We highly recommend!!

Great family- friendly home with spacious gatherings areas inside and out

This home feels very new with an open floor plan for gathering areas including a huge kitchen, comfortable bedrooms (the master bath is dreamy) and great patio/yard for lounging and throwing corn-hole. The garage was deep and spacious, just as advertised which was nice for leaving our watercraft at night when off the lake. Marble tiling and flooring in bathroom and light, comfortable finishings throughout. Appreciated the shading for windows but moved the many windows during the day! Lotchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and many other conveniences. The fridge and freezer combo are massive , perfect for our two families. Nice, quiet location within 5 minutes of of shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes to Wahweep marina. Loved this place. Hope to stay here again.

We loved staying at this home. It fit our needs perfectly. We loved that each room had a bathroom. The home is very spacious. Plenty of room to gather. The table has seating for 8 which was great for meals and playing games. The backyard was nice with a bit of grass to play outdoor games on. Also had a covered patio to enjoy the outdoors. Home is well stocked for cooking. Communication was very easy with property manager and the owners. Great experience! For sure this home will be our go to destination when coming to Page.

Home away from Home!

We loved everything about this house! It was perfect for our combined family group with our adult children and grandkids. The design and amenities have been well thought out for an overnight vacation property making our stay trouble free and relaxing with no hassles. The gathering space was very comfortable, the kitchen was so spacious and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals together, and the commercial fridge/freezer was a nice surprise! The outdoor grass area and patio was a favorite for the kids to play. The oversized garage was also very nice to have. This home was the perfect way to enjoy our family trip to Lake Powell!

Perfect Family Lake Powell Home!

Before I start my review let me preface by saying I am not a plant or a relative or friend of the owner. I am a completely normal unrelated person who happened upon this gem of a listing! Also, let me qualify my review by disclosing that I am a Real Estate Appraiser by trade. I see between 1000-2000 homes per year for the past 20 years (I see a LOT of homes for my job). And I've stayed in my share of VRBO's. Okay, there are Rental Homes, and then there are owners' homes that happen to be available for rent. This home is next level stuff! This house blew away ALL of our expectations. There are so many great things to say about the home (and the owner/manager) that I won't be able to fit it all in this review. From the minute you pull up to the house you know it's extremely well kept. From the second you walk in the door you will be wowed: tall ceilings with accent lighting, grand kitchen with huge granite slab center island and massive (almost commercial grade) Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer that will handle all your guests' food and drinks! The garage is very large and deep and easily accommodated our long trucks. The house is perfectly laid out to accommodate multiple couples/families and/or adult children (we had both!). The "boat house" portion is basically a lock-out bed/bath casita that is also accessible through the inside (there's a separate detached casita to the rear but we didn't have access to that, the house was PLENTY large enough for our 12 guests). When we weren't having fun on the lake we were relaxing in the back yard playing corn hole and enjoying the patio lounge furniture. Oh, and before I forget, the master bathroom is to die for. Forget the Sheraton, Hilton or Marriott. This place screams luxury!!! This is my new go-to Page, AZ VRBO house!!! We were all extremely impressed. I also should add that I texted the owner AND the manager a few times throughout our stay and they were both EXTREMELY responsive and attentive!!! So not only was the house top notch, but the service was as well!!! Kudos to this wonderful owner, the manager, and the property they have!

Perfect Home for a Page/Lake Powell Vacation!

Just a short drive to Lake Powell, this home is absolutely beautiful & met all our needs during our stay. Great floorplan, spotlessly clean & very spacious to accommodate multiple families & friends. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very important when coming home from a long day at the lake. :-) When looking for a rental getaway the kitchen layout was essential & having the commercial size refrigerator definitely made storing our food & drinks easy. The garage was also perfect for storing our boat & paddle boards. The hosts are very welcoming & have great communication. We felt like we were right at home. Thank you, we look forward to coming back in the future.

Awesome house

The house is very clean and spacious. It worked great for our family and the garage fit our 25 foot boat. The kitchen was great.

Hello and welcome to our home! We fell in love with Page, Arizona and Lake Powell years ago when visiting friends and family. It's been our dream to own a house here and to enjoy this space with our large family. We absolutely love walking to the chains to jump into the cool lake and eat a picnic lunch on the overhanging rocks. We've also adored the toadstool hike and hanging garden hikes with our growing children. We are so excited to offer a unique experience here in Page, Arizona as guests stay in our home.

This stunning home was bought after we fell in love with how many individual master bedrooms we could have for our large extended family! When we walked through the property, our jaws fell open and we knew this was our dream come true! The finishes, craftsmanship and details are breathtaking and luxurious!

We hope to give groups and families a once in a liftetime experience here at the Grand Circle Adventure House. As decor and amentities finish in Oct 2021, we are estatic to offer our guests Navajo experiences, Adventure Experiences and discounts while they visit and stay in our home! We look forward to spoiling you and we can't wait to hear about the relaxation and fun your family has!
