The front door of this 230 m² house opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a television.

The dining area offers a table that can seat six guests. It opens onto a small garden furnished with outdoor furniture to fully enjoy sunny days.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other four bedrooms each have a double bed. All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens.

The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The two bathrooms are equipped with sinks and mirrors, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The toilet is separate. A washer and dryer are also located in the laundry room.

The house is professionally cleaned between stays.

The city centre is charming for exploring on foot and wandering through lovely cobblestone streets with restaurants, terraces, artisans, and merchants. You can also enjoy strolls along the banks of the Garonne River or on the river itself. For those who prefer walking, the city also offers numerous gardens, such as the one at Gambetta Square, where you can refresh yourself in the shade of trees.

Come and discover Bordeaux from a historical perspective, with its Capucins Market open from Tuesday to Sunday, named after the famous religious congregation.

For art and culture enthusiasts, Bordeaux is fortunate to host nearly 12 museums, including the Museum of Decorative Arts and Design, the Bordeaux Museum, and the City of Wines.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, St Bruno - Hôtel de Région, is just an 11-minute walk.

Bordeaux Airport is approximately a 24-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
