Located in Poipu at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood, you and your Ohana will enjoy total peace and privacy while being within close reach of Poipu’s many recreational activities. From whale watching at Makahuena Point and paddle boarding on award-winning Poipu Beach to playing a round of 18 at Kiahuna Golf Course and taking in Hawaii’s extraordinary beauty by zipline, kayak, or even a helicopter tour, there’s truly something for everyone on Kauai’s sunny south shore.
Slide open the wall of glass doors, kick back on the sofa, and let tropical breezes flow through the open living room while everyone gets caught up. The kids will love splashing around in the outdoor pool as the adults work on their tans and take in the gorgeous tropical landscaping and peeks of mountain views. Grill up lunch on the gas grill and serve it picnic style or at the outdoor lanai table. The remodeled, open-concept kitchen and dining area are also equipped to handle any meal, featuring stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and a dining table. At night, the living area is perfect for hosting family movie nights on the smart TV.
For those who prefer a bit more privacy, the detached guest house studio includes a full bath, kitchen, and laundry area. With its own wraparound lanai, you can enjoy peaceful ocean views with your morning Kona coffee before meeting up with the group.
This vacation home can be rented with Makanui Estate next door as a perfect spot for larger groups.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A queen-size sofa bed and a queen-size Murphy bed are included for additional sleeping options.
Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are included.
The owner has a private studio on the property, with a separate entrance that is occasionally occupied. The occupants of the owner's studio do not use the grounds of the complex.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
