Oceanfront Condo with Private Balcony

Enjoy watching the sunrise in this colorful oceanfront condo that will offer you comfort, convenience and sleeping accommodations for four people. Now offering a convenient dual-coffee setup with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig—perfect for every kind of coffee lover! Relax after a day at the beach in a condo with all hard wood floors, fully equipped kitchen, HD flat-screen TV in Living room with DVD player, and outdoor bar height patio set.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Dated condo. Great location.

Condo was fine for two people but bed is not even a queen. Barely big enough for two adults. Couch was very old and didn’t look very clean. Location is great but two thousand other people agreed.

Relaxing Vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was ok but several things should be addressed to make the stay more enjoyable. The most important thing is to replace the bedroom window shade. It needs to have a blackout curtain so when the outdoor light is on all night it can’t shine into the room like it does now and also it feels like there is no privacy because you can see through the blind at night when the bedroom light is on. I also recommend getting a hair dryer as I have always had one available in any hotel/condo. It also needs a deadbolt lock for the door. I didn’t feel safe like it was. I would also have liked better, more comfortable seating in the living room, maybe some comfortable ottomans to rest your legs while sitting on the small couch. The tub drain needed cleaning. It was full of hair and soap scum so it was slow to drain. Having the private pier is nice because my husband likes to fish.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the sea cabins many times, but this was our first stay in 144c. Honestly it was not the best. The place was rundown a bit. It was not cleaned well... sand under the floor rugs, didn't appear to be mopped well (socks were dirty from walking on the floor when we 1st arrived). There is no curtain on the master window and the outside light shines right in. Clearly an issues as there are dozens of pin holes in the wall where visitors have pinned towels/blankets up. We wouldn't choose this exact condo again.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Isle of Palms. The location of the condo was great along with the amenities that were offered. The one down fall for us was that the description stated that it had ocean views but it really doesn't because the condo is on the first floor. Also, the bedroom needs darkening blinds/curtains. The outside light shines in at night. The condo itself was clean but it seemed to have a musty smell when you walk in. Other than those few things, the condo was great!!

Fun Beach Vacation

My husband and our 2 boys visited IOP for the first time and we chose the Sea Cabins for the location, proximity to the beach, and the pool. The bedroom was very small and hardto maneuver with the way the bed was arranged, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable to the point that we slept on the couch bed the last 2 nights of our stay. We flew so we had limited resources and ended up having to buy beach towels, and shower items. We had a great trip, the beach was beautiful and easy access to restaurants wasvery convenient.

Reviewer Comments: The condo location is great it’s a quick walk to the grocery store and a few restaurants. The overall condition of the condo was okay, we did find a few roaches during our stay and sorted management but were told they start appearing before they spray and they didn’t do anything about it. Also if you are flying in be aware they don’t have any beach towels for guest in their beach condo. We rented chairs for the local company and glad we did because there were no chairs at the condo anyways. For the price you are better off staying at a hotel that’s cleaner and in the same general location.

I just suggest bringing a sleeping mask because there are only translucent blinds in the bedroom and the light from the external (outside) hallway shines directly in your face at night and the sun comes right in every morning. Management may want to hang a curtain rod with blackout curtains to mitigate this issue for future guests. Other than that, it was clean, and well maintained.

We were able to see the sunrise there and I wouldn’t change anything. The place was very clean, comfortable and safe. Cool pool as well, spent a lot of time in there. And just 5 minutes walking (if not less) from downtown IOP. Would definitely go again!

Overall it was a great trip. The only thing is they gate to the beach to keep the public out of the parking lot was not working and just stayed unlocked. This let large numbers of people just walk through, after talking to people it had been that way for some time. Other than that it was a nice place.
