Great Location, Lovely Yard, Would Stay Again

114 E Huron Ave offers neat-as-a-pin lodging that is easy walking distance to beaching, shopping, and dining, but is also quiet and private. The unit is comfortable, well appointed, and super clean - and the fenced yard was a plus, as we travelled with our pup. Communication with the host was easy, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Highly recommend.

Repeat stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is great— easy to walk to Center Street or to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and very clean home. We loved the fenced-in backyard— it’s beautiful. I’m sure we will be repeat visitors!

Great Location and Pet Friendly

This property is right off the strip, it’s not super big, but it was the perfect place for me, my husband and our two dogs. It has all the essentials you need for a nice long weekend getaway. Will definitely be back.

Thank you for the stay and everything was wonderful. Owners thought of every little detail to make the trip relaxing and wonderful! The decor, fenced back yard for our dog, fans strategically placed in all parts of home, beach chairs and wagon, kitchen supplies and just adorable place! The best, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water! Truly amazing on hot days! Thanks for everything and can’t wait to return to Folly!

Folly Beach House

Everything was excellent, exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect, walkable to everything and of course Charleston is just a short drive away. Definitely recommend!!!

Long weekend in folly

Great location. Easy walk to everything. House was clean, had everything we needed and a nice little outdoor area. Really enjoyed porch fest, which just happened to be gong on that Saturday. Appreciated the host sending an email out about the event. Would stay here again.

Very considerate, thoughtful hosts, and fantastic location

I couldn’t be more pleased by the facilities and the hosts. I stayed in one property for most of my visit, but due to incoming hurricane Isabel they relocated me to a higher elevation property, which was even nicer and closer to the beach. I thought that was incredibly considerate of them, and made for a safe, enjoyable stay. Beach access is super easy as indicated and that was my prime objective. The house is well appointed and cleverly designed to make the most of, a small footprint would definitely stay again !

Not the best.

We ended up leaving on the second day due to the dryer not working and then the air conditioning failing twice. Also, no TV a stations were available to us. Great location and the property manager WAS brilliant! Quite unfortunate, especially with three young, excited kids.

Folly at its best

So relaxing and laid back. The space was centrally located which allowed us to walk everywhere. The restaurants serve delicious meals in a laid back atmosphere. Our apartment was awesome. The outdoor shower made things easy and allowed us to deposit our sand outside and not in the living quarters.

Exactly what we wanted!

Came down here with some friends on an impulse trip after a bit of corporate burnout. The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable, tvs in both master and living room. The puppy loved running around the fenced in backyard. It had everything one could need and was close to so many good restaurants/coffee shops. I absolutely want to come back!

2 nd time back at rental

Picked this rental because rented 2 years prior and enjoyed our stay. We received an email 3 days before our departure that our rental unit air conditioner was broken. Fans were provided but still rental was extremely hot upstairs. Made it difficult to sleep at night. Also after check in we were notified that dryer was broken. We stay at this rental because pets are allowed and very clean property. However, after no air conditioning this trip will think twice about booking with this property again.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location

We had a wonderful time at this sweet pink house at Folly Beach. Fantastic location, walkable to great restaurants and the beach. Loved the outdoor shower and the patio for drinks in the evening.
