Great property, large house, very clean, host is very responsive. Centrally located and easy to drive around the cape.

Perfect for adult group with 2 cars.

Fantastic house close to everything. Walk to a few restaurants and markets. 1 mile to a cute beach. The neighborhood is not super exciting and the house is on a busy street as all have noted. Perfect for a group of 4-6. We were 5. I noticed the dining room table was set for 4 and brought an extra folding chair. The kitchen had everything you could want. Appliances worked really well (not sure we got the water and ice dispenser to work correctly but that’s on us). Backyard worked great for our dogs. In my perfect world there would be a patio out back. The grill worked well. We used stove, ovens, microwave and multi-use toaster oven, etc. also the coffee maker and washer dryer. All worked well. Extra towels were in upstairs bedroom. Plenty of extra sheets in dressers. Plenty of plates, cups bowls, etc as well as silverware, knives and other tools. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of outlets and a nice charging station on kitchen counter. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Dennis Port property. The house is clean, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. Minutes away from local beaches and walking distance from shops and local restaurants. If we have the opportunity, I will definitely rent this property again.

Great Vacation House!

Very dog-friendly, immaculate, updated house. I didn’t know what to expect with a house that accepted dogs but was pleasantly surprised with this one! Very clean. Fully-stocked with everything you would need for a trip to the Cape. Appliances are fabulous! (You just need to bring your beach stuff). Short walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee, ice cream. About a mile walk to Nantucket Sound beaches, which was a great round-trip daily walk. About twenty minute drive to Bay beaches. This place was ideal for my family of four. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The fenced in yard was ideal for our pooch, and we had a great place to walk with her. (They really loved her at Rory’s!) Note: there are about 7-8 steps going into rear yard, so might be difficult for older dogs. Front, which is also fenced-in, only has two steps.) The one drawback: the house is located at the intersection of two busy streets. It was not quiet. Also, centrally located to many things. We went to Chatham twice; very short drive. Lavender Farm was close by; Hyannis isn’t far. It’s a great central location. Highly recommend! ****

Great trip

The house was great. Fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, updated bathrooms. The host was wonderful; extremely responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
