Our charming townhouse comes with 4 bedrooms, private pool (Heating with extra fee), full kitchen, Wi-Fi, self check-in, free parking, and full complimentary access to all Resort Amenities, including: Water Park, GYM, Spa Center, Heated Swimming Pools, Lazy River, Beach Volleyball Field, Basketball, MiniGolf (*Additional Fee*), Lagoon For Kayak (*Additional Fee*), Social Grill/BBQ area and Tikki Bar (with happy hour).

Right on Osceola Parkway, all guests can easily access all the word-famous attraction parks, restaurants, shopping malls, and more within only a few minutes. The property has a convenient access to the main Florida highways such as SR 535, I-4, 417, US 192, I-Drive, and Poinciana Blvd. You will find sport courts, children playground, a resort-style swimming pool with splash park and water slides, restaurant, bar, lazy river and activities such as a mini-golf and kayaking.

Note: To access the resort guests are requested to share guest's list to create and share QR codes. It's an unavoidable requirement for all guests.

For long stays of 28 days or more, a 2,000 security deposit is required (charge separately from reservation). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.



Must be at least 18 years old to book a reservation.

House exclusively and strictly for vacation. We do not accept filming without prior authorization, nor do we allow its use as a warehouse).



Disclaimer of LIABILITY: The property is privately owned and neither the owners nor we, the management company, accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to people or personal effects, however caused.



We expect you to take care of our home as you would your own.



In our properties you will find:



-  None face to face communication. Our properties are keyless, code to enter the property is given prior to your check in time.

- Our team is there for you constantly communicating with you during your stay to make sure everything is going as planned.  

- Our properties are standalone, private vacation homes with no shared amenities.

- A safety Protocol has been deployed to ensure the well-being of our guests and personnel. Please do follow the protocol recommendations as it will make your stay more pleasant.

- A Pre-check in cleaning has come into place sanitizing high-touch surfaces introducing bleach-based cleaning solution, bleach-based wipes, and hand sanitizer to our housekeeping personnel.

- Check out care is taken rigorously under the World Health Organization (WHO) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards.



Security deposit (charge separately from reservation): $300 Fully refundable if no damages or cleaning issues at the property, up to 7 business days after check out.

Overall great stay

The condo was clean & the rooms were spacious. Everything we needed for the kitchen was available except dish towels. I wish the living area had a little more room & the living furniture was more comfortable but it worked & we were pleased.

The house is very nice and so much better than staying in a hotel. We were able to cook our meals vs having to go out. Not much extra as far as no kitchen towels or hot pads or even salt and pepper but purchasing a few of those items was still way more affordable than eating out everyday.
