Two bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 8 and is located three blocks from the beach.

The beaches in Ocean City, New Jersey stretch for eight miles along the coast and are known as one of the safest beaches in all of Southern, New Jersey with lifeguards on duty throughout the summer season. This unit is close to everything! Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an extra large loft area and 2 decks! Sleeps 8 and is located (3) blocks from the beach. Seats (9) for dining, has a wood fireplace, cable tv, wireless internet, central air conditioning, outside shower and washer and dryer. Parking for two cars. Boardwalk features water slide, amusement rides, miniature golf courses, movie theater, ice cream, restaurants and shopping. The bayfront area has water sports, fishing charters, boat rentals and is close to down town shopping. Come and visit America's favorite family resort!!

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 2PM / CHECK OUT 10AM
