Newly renovated condo located downtown in the heart of Ocean City, NJ

Come join us for your family vacation at Americas Greatest Family Resort here in Ocean City, NJ. We are centrally located, in the downtown area and close to everything!! The beach and boardwalk are a short six block walk or a quick bike ride, right up the street. Two blocks to the Asbury Avenue stores and restaurants. Only a short walk to the bay to watch an amazing sunset and to take a walk over the 9th street bridge. There is a driveway available for one vehicle and usually plenty of available free off street parking. The garage is available for you to store your bikes, surfboards and beach gear.

*Primary renter MUST be 25 years or older and present during entire stay to rent, no senior week, no pets, no emotional support animals and no parties.

*We provide up to 4 beach tags for adults. There will be a charge for any unreturned beach tags.

*This is a side by side condo, the owners live on the one side and will be available for any questions during your stay.

*Guests MUST provide their own towels, sheets and linens. If you would like to rent towels and sheets, please request ahead of time. We DO NOT provide paper products and toiletries you must bring your own.

Beautiful home and exquisite flowers around the property. Inside was extremely clean and well maintained. Could walk to boardwalk. Owners were very nice and we had absolutely no issues with our stay. Definitely recommend.

There were five of us and we did not feel crowded. Place was very clean. Loved all the plants in and outside the house. It was a bit of a walk to boardwalk/beach. Overall great place, would go back again.

4th of July Getaway

The beach house is lovely, very comfortable & organized. The house has everything you need to be away from home including kitchen supplies. It offers a spacious, beachy, yet home like feel. I highly recommend.

Perfect spot for our family to enjoy Ocean City! Quiet, clean, thoughtfully equipped with spacious bedrooms you can actually move around in. .5 miles to the beach, which was worth the walk to stay somewhere so nice. Perfectly located to walk & eat at our fave spots on Asbury. Dan was responsive and available if we needed anything, and the whole experience was our best so far on the Jersey Shore. Having onsite parking, central air, beach chairs provided, and a washer/dryer are great amenities, too. Highly recommend!

Great weekend getaway

Clean and grest location!

My husband and I had a great stay. Location was close walk to the boardwalk and the space was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very accommadating!
