This breathtaking 3 bedroom, 3b bath condo is located on the third floor. Front porch with views of the ocean, Victorian architecture and ocean breezes. This unit was completely remodeled in 2014. It offers state of the art amenities. Induction cooktop, Japanese washlet toilets. Beach box on Steger Beach. Netflix, Hulu, Sonos Audio system, Apple TV. 2 parking permits for Bank Street lot. Pyramid bed is double on bottom and single on top.
There is no on site parking. Tenants may use the driveway to load and unload cars. NO SMOKING, NO PETS ACCEPTED. Washer and Dryer are shared and located off the driveway in the basement. OUTSIDE SHOWER COLD ONLY, GAS BBQ IS SHARED AT GROUND LEVEL Tenant understands no on site parking. Landlord provides two parking permits for the Bank St. parking lot. located 3 blocks away.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with owner approval.

The property was nice and unique, which lead to a memorable experience. Also the location of the property put most things with a short walk!

Fantastic place, management needs improvement

Fantastic location, amazing high-tech compact amenities throughout, very fun space & decorations, big beautiful higher-than-everyone balcony/deck, well-equipped kitchen. Thank you! Management needs improvement. Emailed instructions were not specific to the unit, and focused on what you should clean, how to not break things, and how to rebook for next year. Important info (like the location of "The Bank St lot" where you need to park after unloading, and that you need a parking pass) was in a packet in the unit. But we only found that later, what with multiple trips up and down 2 flights of stairs and trying to vacate the driveway. The in-unit info was good & helpful -- how about emailing *that* in advance? The email also said "Most rentals do not provide linens or towels" but my email asking what about *this* rental (sent Wednesday before our Sunday arrival) wasn’t answered until Sunday morning (following a second message via VRBO). Please update the online listing to say 1) bring linens and towels, 2) the beds are queen-size, and 3) there's a tiny fun kid’s bed tucked away next to the double+twin "pyramid bed" (knowing that would have saved us some long kid bed negotiations). We were also surprised by the requests to bring sheets and towels and sweep/vacuum the floors, requests we’d never seen in many similar rentals (with similar add-on fees). Maybe Cape May has different customs. We couldn’t get the beach box open using the listed combination. And we’re still wonderin
