Welcome to your St. Louis home away from home! This charming first-floor duplex features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath—perfect for families or small groups. Unwind in the spacious living room with a 55-inch SMART TV, gather for meals in the dining area for six, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen with all essentials. Enjoy super-fast 1 GIG Internet, cable TV, and a shared backyard patio—great for morning coffee or evening grilling.

Convenient street parking and self check-in via lockbox make arrival easy. Located minutes from major highways, downtown, and top attractions like the Zoo, Arch, and Busch Stadium. Walk to local favorites including The Golden Hoosier, Bud’s Pizza, and Pipers Tea & Coffee.

Guests have full access to the entire first-floor duplex, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, and full bathroom. You’ll also have access to the shared backyard patio, perfect for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee.

Clean, well appointed space for visiting STL. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house as we have family close by but it allowed us comfortable space to sleep and eat breakfast.

We come to St. Louis once a year for the gateway dirt nationals. It was nice to have a home to stay in that was close by clean and in a good neighborhood. Thank you for having us we are booking again for next year

This rental was Okay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. It met our needs. For the most part it was very clean, the shower curtain was moldy and the kitchen floor had a squishy spot. The entry area smelled like cigarettes despite the no smoking signs, but the bedrooms did not smell. It is an old house and did not have a lot of outlets in the bedrooms, we had to move furniture around to find them to plug in phones & C-Pap machines. It had good Wi-Fi. The location was great, we enjoyed walking to Starbucks in the mornings and we could always find a parking spot right in front of the house.

Great stay

Location was very convenient for a downtown conference! Plenty of room and amenities, and the beds were very comfortable (even for my problematic back)! The house wasn’t cleaned very well in some spots, but other than that it was a great stay.

The host was very communicative and accommodating to my requests. This was a bachelorette trip and I was worried about only have 1 bathroom to get ready in but each bedroom had huge mirrors that made the process so much easier. The kitchen had lots of appliances to use and cookware. The living room was smaller than I anticipated but I did not have any issues.The upstairs neighbors had small children that would run around during the day time but that is obviously not the hosts fault. The parking outside is tight. Everyone parks on the road and you will frequently have to parallel park into small spaces. Luckily, we always found a spot!It was a great stay

Family vacation

This unit is Close to everything just as the previous reviews parking on the street which we had no problem neighbors a little noisy but wasn’t to bad and will stay again if we should come back to that area

Overall the unit was great! Clean, quiet and comfortable. A few suggestions...a new storm door, better pots and pans and an overhead bathroom fan.

Worked well for us

Three people, three bedrooms worked for us. Location was fine. Was worried about finding a space to park on the street but always found one when needed at different times of the day and night. Owner is very responsive.

It was a nice home and property. Since it was a quaint old neighborhood, the parking was limited on the tiny old narrow streets. I don't parallel park very well! However, the neighborhood was very safe, quiet and quite lovely.

North Hampton Stay

Nice property. Would stay again.. Walking distance to Walgreens and Dollar Tree. However, the stores were very dirty and messy. Bomber O'Brians us walking distance great great place to pregame before a baseball game. The also have a shuttle to the stadium which was cool.

Great location, well kept, ample space

The property is in a great central location: very close to the botanical gardens, science center and zoo, and only about 15 minutes from downtown (Busch Stadium, Arch). The apartment itself is very well kept, and the space was actually larger than I expected based on the pictures. You can definitely very comfortably sleep 6. Check-in and check-out processes were well communicated and very easy to follow. Very pleased with the experience, would definitely stay here again.

Pros:- Location was good- Mattresses were comfortable - Check in details were clearCons:- Not clean! (I.e. food inbetween couch cusions, dead bugs in shower, used sponge for kitchen sink, spider webs in windows, moldy shower curtain)- fridge water system broken and such a mess to clean!- some lights burnt out in every fixture - dead bolt in back doesn't lock- its a bottom unit and our upstair neighbors were not on the same schedule as us so it was incredibly nosiy late and night and early in the morning.

We also apologize for the noise from the upstairs unit. While it’s a separate residence, we understand how disruptive that can be and will be reminding those guests of quiet hours to prevent future disturbances. Unfortunately this was not a vacation I was in St. Louis to have breast cancer surgery. The host was gracious enough to change my time in June to July when my surgery changed. I appreciate it so much a very peaceful neighborhood I had everything I needed house was very cool, and comfortable for these hot conditions. The host was very easy to get to communicate with I would stay there again. The king-size bed was comfortable I slept in. I had a few other family members to help me because of the surgery. I couldn’t move very well. They also thought their beds were comfortable.
