Welcome to Reel Nauti, an exceptionally clean, thoughtfully stocked 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in the heart of Atlantic Beach! With approximately 1,600 square feet of living space, three bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and a fantastic location just a 3–4 minute walk from the beach, Reel Nauti makes beach vacations easy and especially comfortable for families or groups traveling together.

Spend your mornings on the beach, afternoons lounging by the community pool just steps from the front door, and evenings enjoying nearby restaurants, ice cream shops, and local attractions.

We provide bed linens, freshly made beds, bath towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, pool and beach toys, and plenty of everyday essentials so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying your vacation.

Sleeps up to 8 guests, with accommodations best suited for families and groups of 6–7 adults.

COMMUNITY POOL & AMENITIES

The community pool and large open-air clubhouse are just steps from our front door!
The pool features a shallow shelf that's great for younger swimmers, along with plenty of space to enjoy the water.

The community also offers:

- Picnic table
- Convenient community dumpsters

Pool season: The pool is generally available April through October, but opening and closing dates are determined by weather, staffing, and community management. Temporary closures may occur for maintenance or other circumstances outside our control.

PARKING

Two designated parking spaces are reserved directly in front of the townhome.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- No pets
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home; there are no interior cameras.
- Community amenities, including the pool, are managed separately and availability cannot be guaranteed.

We encourage guests to consider purchasing independent travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances, cancellations, and nonrefundable travel expenses.
