有名なビーコンズリーチのオーシャングローブセクションに位置する2000平方フィートのビーチフロントのタウンハウスは、ビーチへはわずか50歩、プールへは80歩です（はい、数えます）。 それは3つのベッドルームのそれぞれと独立したレベルでそれは自分のバルコニーとバスルームを備えて6非常に快適に眠る。

Parking is provided for only two (2) cars and no trailers or RVs are permitted. A limited supply of offsite parking passes are available for $50/wk.
No more than 9 persons, including children, are allowed to occupy the townhouse and the Beacon's Reach common areas (pool and tennis courts).
Noise – TV and audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level. Please consider your neighbors at all times, especially after 11:00 pm.

The condo was excellent. Two steps from the beach, made it ideal. The kitchen was well a portion. Everything you needed to have a great vacation.

Perfect beach townhome in lovely Pine Knoll shores community (Beacons reach) just steps to the beautiful ocean! Our family had a wonderful weekend on the beach, we played tennis and pickleball, and got to see gorgeous sunsets all within walking distance. This is by far the nicest and largest place we’ve ever stayed in the area.

From the seamless check-in to leaving at the end of the week , we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to enjoy our time at the beach. Great views of the ocean and access to the beach couldn’t get much closer. From the back door to the sand in less than a minute .

Perfect location with a view

Great location, beautiful views, and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and the interaction with the owners was extremely pleasant! We would highly recommend!!

Always the perfect spot

We have stayed at G-5 and it never disappoints! Perfect location and the views are awesome. The place is always clean and never an issue. Great check-in process and communication with the owners. We hope to return again.

Very nice townhouse. It was very clean and all the appliances were in good shape. It was nice to have beach chairs and toys that we could use. The beach was amazingly empty here, which was great. Lots of stairs, so be ready for that. Not a ton of restaurant options close by, and they often had long waits. We would stay here again.

Best stay in PKS!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful townhouse. We loved the degree of privacy provided with bedrooms on multiple floors -- and the lower-level beach room is such a nice bonus space. The kitchen was very well appointed. There are numerous beach chairs available as well as beach toys for the little ones. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch, too. We would love to rent this property again!

Lovely and comfortable spaces

This is a pretty condo, well appointed, comfortable and right on the beach. It was exactly what we were hoping for! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The whole stay could not have gone any better and we certainly hope to be back!

Loved Pine Knoll Shores

Loved the location. Beautiful uncrowded beach. Nice condo with huge bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Nice living area. Galley kitchen that was difficult to maneuver at times. Lots of stairs that were fine for most of us but next rental will need less stairs or an elevator. Beautiful views. Easy beach access and medium sized pool. Pool could be nicer.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the layout of the condo. We have an 18 month old, 3 and 4 year old so being able to get to the beach and pool in under a minute was perfect!

Relaxing weekend at Ocean Grove

Great property with beautiful view. The bedrooms were spacious with full baths attached. Recently updated, clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were very friendly and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Got to relax, lounge on the beach, read books, walked on the beach and found many sea shells, played putt-putt, seen beautiful sunsets, etc. We didn't want to leave….. We had a wonderful family vacation and can’t wait until next year when we come again.

We have stayed at this property before and our second time didn't disappoint. You couldn't ask for better location. Owners were super easy to work with and check in was a breeze. Our group of nine had plenty of room. Kitchen is small but clean and well stocked with pans, platters, plates etc for our large meals. Complex grounds were a little worse for wear - one pool didn't seem to be cleaned regularly but one was well kept. Our unit was full of families but no excessive noise made for peaceful evenings. Our teens found a huge intact conch shell on their walk down the beach in front of the property!
