We were very happy with our stay at Janice's condo, was well worth it! Place was nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need, nice to have chairs, umbrellas and towels. Definitely would suggest this ,wish we could have stayed longer. We celebrated my sons wedding and we had a perfect weekend! Thank you Janice fir all your help getting back to me when i needed info.

This is a beautiful, well maintained home that literally has everything you could need to enjoy a beach vacation! Just pack your clothes because Janice has thought of everything else! Communication with the host was necessary on several occasions during our stay and she always responded promptly and took care of the issues at hand. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I absolutely loved being able to stay in Janice’s beach home for the week. We were calling it our own personal paradise. The entire home is, spotless clean, and perfectly decorated in calming beach deco. But the star of the show is that deck! You literally can grab a cup of coffe in the AM and open up the patio door to enjoy a picturesque view of a front row ticket to the ocean. Nothing more relaxing than hearing, seeing, and smelling those waves as they roll onto the beach. Janice had everything you could think of that made this trip so entirely enjoyable in her home. Such a wonderful, responsive host! I had asked if she had any towels and a grill so as I could figure out what we needed to pack and grab on the way in. She went out of her way to make sure a new grill was there for us since her other one had just recently broke. Who does that!?! Janice!! Could not say thank you enough!! There was also an entire shelf full of beach towels as well as an outside closet that held beach chairs, a “tent”, and kids beach toys galore! And thank heavens for the outside shower that saved us from bringing in loads of sand. We also loved and appreciated that there was sunscreen/oil and shampoo as well as body wash in all the showers. So helpful, especially for guests flying in with a carry on. We have already asked Janice to sign us up for next year that’s how much we enjoyed her home! If your looking for a beautiful beach home go no further, reserve this one!

Our 2nd Stay - Still Perfect!

Beautiful, immaculate, comfortable, perfect location - LOVE THIS PLACE! Our family’s 2nd stay at Janice’s place, and we can’t wait to come back! So well equipped with everything you’ll need. Janice is such an attentive and caring host. The view from the deck is fantastic! Loved having my coffee out there every morning, watching the sunrise.

Welcoming for Grayson

The impromptu trip to Indian Beach was brought about by my future daughter-in and son’s birthing of their son, my first grandchild. I contacted the host to see if an early check in was available, they confirmed and i made the reservation. We arrived to the home and were very pleased. The view from the living room is amazing. The back deck, is well furnished for a large group and the proximity to the waterfront is fantastic. The kitchen provided for good meal preparation and again the view enhanced the enjoyment of a good wine while cooking. The three bedrooms on the upper level are comfortable and the beds themselves provide a good nights rest. A very short walk out to the beach afforded us quick access to the beach and some much needed time together. Of course the reason for the stay was primarily to celebrate our new grandson and his parents on the beautiful addition to their family and the stay at this beautiful home gave us all the more reason to celebrate family.

Perfect Beach Spot

Property was great. Beds and linens were great. Beautiful spot on the balcony to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Excellent communication and everything we would need was there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. I felt it was reasonably priced for the quality of the property.

Best location and home

I cannot say enough about how special this property is. It was immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the view was gorgeous! The kitchen was stocked with the best cookware I have experienced.. The sectional was super comfy and had a great view of the sunsets over the ocean. We will be staying here again!

Indian beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! Janice was so easy to communicate with when we had questions. The place is very clean and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee! Would recommend to anyone visiting Indian Beach/Emerald Isle!

Felt like home!

I honestly can not say enough good things about this place! The view is incredible and we spent hours simply taking it all in. The home was beyond well stocked, with the addition of a ton of extra big and little touches and supplies that not only simplified our stay but made it feel even more like home. It was so clean, and the decor is beautiful and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable too! We all remarked multiple times how much we loved where we were staying, and how we would love to come back! We spent the entire stay filled with gratitude. An amazing stay in every way, with an incredible host!

Beautiful View

The view from the deck is spectacular! Quiet and peaceful area. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We were able to check in early and check out later than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Host was very communicative and responsive. We would like to come back soon!

We didn't want to leave!

After a small misunderstanding, Janice was so helpful and the problem got solved fast. The townhome is so beautiful and has everything you need. It was impeccably clean! I have never stayed at a VRBO that was so well stocked. My sister even made french press coffee! We took full advantage of the boogie boards and all of the beach furniture. All 6 of us loved the location, the views and gorgeous townhome. Drinking coffee on the deck watching dolphins, searching for shells and watching sunsets were an everyday occurrence. I would highly recommend it and I hope to be back.
