Entire home. Spacious family room and living room with piano along with large equipped kitchen. 20 Beautiful acres of wooded view. Located In the heart of the Springs Capital of the World in North Gilchrist County rural countryside.
1 mile from the Suwannee and Sante Fe Rivers and Sante Fe Public Boat Ramp, where you can also swim in the spring fed river. Close to Ginnie Springs, Gilchrist Blue Springs, Little River Springs, Hart Springs and Ichetucknee . Cave Diving is popular in the area and several miles of biking and hiking trails nearby. Also enjoy the private woods and a tranquil setting. Great for star gazing.

Family gathering

We used to live in the area and and returned for a 60th wedding anniversary. The area is very scenic and loads of fun if you like water and good weather this place was perfect for us to stay as a family seemed a lot bigger than the square footage advertised.

Nice and clean, plenty of space

Nice secluded peaceful area. Close to Suwanee river. Home was very spacious and clean. We had 3 pickups and trailers with plenty of room for parking. Brenda is very responsive to any inquiries. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great place

A friend who had moved back to FL and I decided to meet for a few days to reconnect and hang out. This was exactly what we were looking for.

Springs here we come

Near tons of springs. Not near a bunch of things but thats based on that its near small towns. My suggestion if driving in and able to stop at like a walmart to do so, but if something is forgotten dollar general markey is available. Loved the house and the hosts communication was the best!

Fantastic Stay!

Brenda was very kind and communicative. The home is out in the country, which we loved, and less than 20 minutes from the springs. It was super quiet, and the AC worked great, which in this FL heat, is an absolute necessity! We will definitely be back next time we're in the area. Thank you :)

Wonderful Location

Just needed a nice weekend to recharge and still be close to the water and hiking. Good restaurant and farmers market close to home. Safe for being alone or with your family. Good area. Will stay there again!

Fantastic secluded property near all the springs

This was an ideal home for our extended family ranging in age from 19 to 79. We enjoyed the privacy of the property. The home had everything we needed and then some. We definitely want to visit again.

Exactly as it should have been

The best thing about this stay was the property manager. I had the code to get inside in advance, she always messaged back quickly and had all concerns taken care of. It was like i was back in the 1990s with real customer service. The home was exactly as described and less than 5 minutes away from boat ramps and ellie rays (our main destination)

Making memories

Enjoyed our stay . We had everything we needed was a great place to stay with the family. We came for the springs and it was close to all of them. We enjoyed grilling and fire pit and watching the Star. We seen a deer raccoon's. We watched the fire flies was a great time . Can't wait to come back soon .

Great getaway in the woods!

My family and 2 kids had a wonderful time at this home. We went tubing at the state parks and this property is close to multiple locations. It was great having privacy in the woods, but yet still being only 15 minutes away from town. The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating. Will definetly try to stay here again in the future!

Great location, beautiful property

Brenda was extremely accommodating. Everything I needed help with she was ready to respond and help within minutes. The property is beautiful. 20 acres of forest to explore and run around in. We saw deer and owls every night. It is a great location and is very close to the springs, about a 20 minute drive. Overall, wonderful place and I highly recommend.

Great for Cave Country

We were in the area to complete some advance diving and this location put us right in the middle of our training area. Perfect for us.

Quiet and peaceful

Plenty of space. Secluded country setting. White tail deer each morning in driveway. Not to far from itchitucknee, High Springs and Branford. Will definitely use again.

Perfect for us!

> roomy,close to springs, cost effective >Brenda, the property owner was available via VRBO communication: quickly responsive and helpful >property located as described down a dirt drive but this was no issue; the gate opened easily to allow entrance/easy to find with owner's instructions > outside of home was neat, tidy with clearing around the house, light foresting around it > inside home was clean,clearly recently painted in fresh, updated colors; cute decorations that added to the coziness of the gathering spaces >Two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds & lovely king sized master w/en suite > 2 large gathering spaces had sectional sofas which easily could have accommodated more sleepers Linens, pillows, bedspreads and/or throws were on each bed. Towels, toilet tissue, bathmats in bathrooms. > the gathering space our family most enjoyed was adjacent to the kitchen; Large screen TV w/roku provided movie entertainment. The space was open enough for us to enjoy several riotous games of TANGLED MADNESS (think inflatable twister), plus a puzzle board on the ottoman & we completed several puzzles as a family >kitchen had all that we needed though there is no ice maker/ there were ice trays but we needed to purchase ice. >Stove, oven, microwave blender, dishes, glasses, cups, pots, pans, bowls, silverware all plentiful. Dish & dishwasher detergent, a roll of paper towels as well as hand soap was available >We did use the washer and dryer daily/ was efficient. >AC worked well/climate was consistent to settings >We did not use the outdoor grill; table with 4 chairs near the grill as well as a couple of other outdoor chairs near the fire site; no logs provided though twigs/ small branches easily collected within just a few feet of the fire site >Would have preferred night lights in each room, bricks or stones around fire site & an updated coffee maker. WOULD WE STAY HERE AGAIN? ABSOLUTELY WE GIVE IT 4.8 STARS OUT OF 5! > short drive to Ichetucknee Springs state park w/ tube/canoe/raft rentals for a small fee.We visited 3 springs and Ichetucknee was the only one consistently clear after recent rains. > Dollar General & IGA within a few miles >don't miss Our Place Pizzeria and Risorante. Exceptional food, wonderful service and plenty to take home
