広大なドックのあるスワニー川沿いの500フィートのウォーターフロントにある24エーカーのプライベートエーカーにある3BRキャビン。 ボート、ATV、犬をお連れください。 美しいヒノキの低地の森を抜けて川に至るJeeptrail。 釣り、バードウォッチング、鹿。 （狩猟は許可されていません）
マロリースワンプワイルドライフマネジメントエリアに近く、何マイルものATVトレイルがあり、狩りをしています。
スキューバダイビング用のダーススプリングが近くにあり、25分ほど離れたところにあるイクネタニー川でチューブやカヤックを楽しめます。素晴らしいロープスイングのボブスリバープレイスは、わずか5分でスライドします。 Stienhattchee、Cedar Keyなどの自然海岸の町は、メキシコ湾へわずか45分でアクセスできます。 フロリダ大学ゲインズビル、ベンヒルグリフィンスタジアム50分。 オーランド、ディズニー、ユニバーサル2時間。
キャビンには3つのベッドルームがあります。クイーンサイズベッド1台、フルバスルーム、ベッドルーム1室、フルベッド、ベッドルーム1室、2組の二段ベッド、フルバスルーム。 すべてのリネンとバスタオルが提供されます。 川/ビーチ用のビーチタオルを持参してください。

This place and our host were great! Everything was very clean, and everything you could want is already provided (and more). We will definitely make this one of our regular spots whenever we need to get away from the city. I highly recommend staying here for a great time!

Great cabin! Has everything you could possibly need during your stay! Short walk to the river and even has a dock, kayaks and bikes! Tons of games both indoor and outdoors. Lots of grills. Propane and charcoal. Lots of deer and turkeys on the property. John was the best. Let us know about all the springs and had maps and a whole book full of them! Very nice and helpful. Gave us great suggestions of places to eat and he was right they were really good!

This is a great property for hanging out at night with friends. The air conditioner doesnt work below 75 but its a comfortable time of year for no ac. Pet friendly and nice private river spot.

This is such an awesome property. My 2 best friends and I came for a girls getaway. We hiked. We kayaked. We swam in the nearby springs. We loved every minute of our time.The cabin is just as described and the setting is spectacular. A hidden gem.John is a terrific host. He responded to questions promptly and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Feels Like Home – A Perfect Getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay—again! This was our second time renting, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Wonderful Florida Outdoor Stay

If you are into the Florida outdoors this is the place for you. Nature oriented, very clean, kid and family friendly place. The owner has thought of everything - there’s are games, everything you can think of in the kitchen. There is lot of exploring, we saw turkeys and deer the first day we arrived. Everyone loved our stay and We cannot wait to go back

Best time - can't wait to go back!

This vacation was one of the best that we have experienced. The house is cozy and has everything that you need and more. The kitchen has a vast variety of dishware, bakeware and utensils to cook the most complicated meal. For us, the location was great. The house itself is in a secluded area with shopping, restaurants and parks nearby. The walk to the Suwannee River was pleasant and great exercise for our dogs. We spent many hours on the deck reading and watching birds and deer. John, the host, was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area.

What can I say....

I don't even know where to start. John was nice enough to let our family stay at his cabin for Christmas. Him and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay during Christmas magical. They are wonderful people. The cabin has so much to offer. Swings, outdoor games, fire pit, speakers outside, the Suwanee River, bikes, firewood, scavenger hunt. Inside, all the cookware you need to feed an army, dvds, games, you name it, he has it. And if he doesn't, he'll make sure to get it for you. Spending Christmas there will always be a wonderful memory for my family and I. We shopped at Scaff's grocery store which had everything. Had chinese take out in Branford, went to all the springs and hiked. Did a day trip to Crystal River and saw manatees. The guide for Crystal River Boat Tours was AMAZING!! Highly recommend them. Thank you again John, for everything you did and sharing your beautiful oasis with us.

Great place, weather permitting

John is super nice and a great host. This home is well stocked. We had to cut our trip short, though had we been able to stay, we would want the river to be as nice as John. Our visit was after the hurricane, so the river was high and still much debris, which however, we did anticipate. John, thanks for your kindness! Chuck and Karen and Mav and Mandi, our pups!!

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Suwannee Cypress Cabin for the months of January and February. The cabin was very comfortable with everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed. We felt right at home as soon as opened the door. John is an attentive host. He gave us a tour of the cabin, gave us tips on where to buy what in the area, places to eat and shop, as well as so many points of interest. We highly recommend this place.

Peaceful Place

John was very lovely and pleasant to our arrive. He gave us a tour around the property. The property has a trail that ends at the river. Where you may sit around the firepit and enjoy an amazing and peaceful view. The property offers so many areas for resting and entertainment. From games, tv, music, movies, and books to enjoy the vacations. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking. If you like a peaceful and quite place this may be a great choice.

Great place to stay with friends and family

This was the perfect place for some old friends to meet and catch up while enjoying John's property, hospitality, and cabin. Great location if you want to visit springs, play on the water, or just hang out around a campfire.

A little piece of heaven!

The property was beautiful, the place was clean and organized and fully stocked with every necessity you can think of and so many games and recreation. And John (the host) was so gracious and kind, and so helpful in terms of helping us figure out fun things for my family and I to do. The cabin is situated on such a beautiful piece of land right on the river which he provides canoes and kayaks. There are so many possibilities for fun things to do without ever even leaving the property! The cabin is located maybe one mile from the Ichetucknee River which is absolutely breathtaking, crystal clear blue water where me and my family went tubing, but you could go paddle boarding (which we plan to do next time), canoe or kayak or snorkeling. I really can't say enough about what an amazing time we had here!!!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!! 👍 THANKS JOHN!!! ☺️

John and Catie Morley have 4 grown boys and 3 dogs. We originally purchased the 8 acre Suwannee Log Cabin on the southwest corner of the property (next driveway towards CR340) so we had space to drive our ATVs and enjoy our boat. We purchased the adjacent 16 acre Suwannee Cypress Cabin and property to add space for larger family, friend gatherings and because of the unique property.
Since the property was sitting idle between family visits we decided to open up the cabin and property to families and groups. Our focus has been to provide the maximize the amenities and furnishings for the convenience of our customers and to price it so all families can enjoy it at a reasonable rate.
Now we truly enjoy renting the property out to families and groups who want to visit
We really enjoy the privacy of the property, the large trees and abundant wildlife.

Whether you are a family looking for a cabin close to the springs, boaters looking for river access or a group just looking for a privacy and space at a reasonable price, the Suwannee Cypress Cabin is for you.
The 3 bedroom cabin is spacious enough for a large family or group, up to 8. There is a large living room with seating for 8, dining table able to handle 12 plus a covered deck with 6 chairs, a table and 6 chairs under the cabin and a campfire pit with seating for 8. The cabin is fully furnished for your convenience. Linens, towels, dishware, glassware, cookware, utensils, small appliances, BBQ's, We have tried to provide the maximum amount of furnishings to minimize our guests need to bring things or avoid frequent trips to the store.
Rental of the cabin includes a drive in car pass to Rock Bluff Springs and 5 passes to Hart Springs County Park.

This cabin is unique because it is in the center of most of the major Santa fe, Suwannee River basin springs. Plus it offers plenty of space for a group/family up to 8 on 24 private forested acres. Waterfront offers large dock for your boats and trails on the property allow for hiking and ATV, golf cart use.
For additional space a second cabin is available for rent directly from the owner. It is a 2 bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 bath modern log cabin, fully furnished. Large fenced front yard. The last 6 photos show the Suwannee Log Cabin.
