Available for a minimum of 32 consecutive nights up to 12 months. Condo/Apartment, newly renovated beautiful modern minimalist setup, fully equipped and furnished, open concept, +/- 1600 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony, washer/dryer hybrid unit in condo (and payable full washer/dryer available at basement level). Building is on hill top (Mount Royal) adjacent to Westmount with abundant daylight with spectacular city, mountain and water views (feels like a 25th floor due to the building sitting on hill top and is 110 meters above sea level), quiet location, public transport nearby (bus stop across street and metro 1 km away), 5 minutes by car to downtown Montreal, minutes away from Monkland Village for shopping and great restaurants, 10 min by car/20 min by public transport to McGill University Health Centre Glen Site (MUHC), minutes to 2 major highways, outdoor pool, exercise room on main floor of building, 1 interior parking spot available upon request (extra fees apply), lobby with 24 hour security.

Total 5 star beginning to end. Great location. Beautiful 2 bed condo with incredible views of the Montreal skyline and river valley. Amenities top notch, the pool area is meticulously maintained. The hosts Tracey and Alphonse bent over backwards to accommodate us at every turn. Can’t give a higher recommendation than five stars but I would if I could.

Five weeks in Montreal

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Lovely location, great views of the city, clean and well equipped. The hosts were most helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy. Bus stop right outside made navigating the city very easy, as parking in Montreal can be challenging. We appreciated the entire experience.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

This is a beautiful condo with amazing views. This condo is a home equipped with everything you might need. Very well decorated and maintained. It has an outdoor pool and doormen for security. The owners are very friendly. A great place to stay when in Montreal. Bus stop right in front. And you're greeted with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates !

Great apartment and enjoyable visit

This apartment was just beautiful and as a bonus for us it was handicapped accessible. It was very clean, with lots of amenities, with lovely owners, who met us upon check-in to give us the "grand tour" of the apartment and went the extra mile for us to make sure we were comfortable. The gorgeous views and balcony complemented the apartment even more. Indoor parking was super convenient too, which made wheel chair access easy-peasy. For visitors without a car, the bus stop is literally in front of the building, so getting around is easy. Overall great apartment to experience beautiful Montreal! Loved the well equipped kitchen! Master bathroom shower easily accommodated a shower chair. We enjoyed the convenience of this lovely apartment. We would definitely come back to this apartment again.

Wonderful stay with wonderful hosts

I cannot recommend highly enough the incredible hospitality that Adolphe and Tracey showed while I was there. Very responsive, they made sure to show me everything I would need once I got to the place. They were very adaptable to a last minute scheduling change I needed to make. The apartment itself is spacious, beautiful, and well equipped. I do want to add a small caution to guests about the location - the neighbourhood is stunning and peaceful, but transportation wise, it's ideal if you have your own car if you're staying a long time. There is no bixi station in the westmount neighborhood, for example. All in all though, my experience was excellent. Thanks!
